I empathize with your dilemma of needing to fight destrucitive people. It's hard when you feel fight with fire, but I think everyone has been in that position. As you said communication and trying to understand the other side of a conflict is key. It's sad to see fanhood turn into fanaticism. I'm glad to see you respond in an understanding way. I really enjoyed hearing your analyis and thought you were spot on.

I had it 8 years ago, and reacted really badly to it. Lasted 1-2 months and then I got used to it, Eventually I couldn’t even hear it anymore unless I sit in a room And really try hard lol. Then a few weeks ago I started noticing it again for some reason, and I spiralled down but I know I can do it again. Key is - accepting it and not fighting it and knowing it will get better. The cure word for me is? Not noticing it at all and living normally. I personally think everyone has tinnitus but no one notices it as it’s been there our whole lives. Unless a spotlight is put on it. Tinnitus in the history of the universe has never killed anyone. It’s a stupid sound that will 100% back off and filed away again in the back of your brain. Hope people relax and imprint that sentence into their brains. 🧠 Andre

Odds are very good you're pushing the back part of your tongue down while attempting to mew (either that or overtucking your chin following advice about head posture.) Either way get the back of your tongue up properly by practicing deliberately raising that double chin while in front of a mirror, don't overdo any advice about head posture and it'll improve.

I got tinnitus 35 years ago when I battled a moderate case of encephalitis. Suffered some trauma to my brain from the swelling and pressure. My doctor was preparing to drill holes in my skull on my next visit. When I got there he did some imaging and then told me, "I was this close 🤏 to drilling holes in your skull today." The swelling had started to go down so I was spared that horror, I don't know how I would have handled having more than the normal 7 holes in my head.

The big one that I had about 8 years ago took 4 months to show any sign of genuine improvement. That was 4 months of constant trial and error to figure out how to make it better though, it didn't improve on its own. I never experienced outright hyperacusis (I've helped people that do though,) but I did experience massively increased sensitivity to sound. Every noise triggered my ringing to spike more, and it did cause me some sensation of pain at one stage. My advice is to get some cheap foam ear plugs and keep them on you as they really help take the edge off of the hyperacusis issue and can help keep your tinnitus stable when faced with noisy environments. They're just a band aid to deal with some of your issues though, they won't fix the underlying health issues. Tinnitus is a complex issue with a lot of different factors that lead to its development, and it can be hard to figure out the exact combination that's responsible for your issues. Fundamentally the same basic things work well in most cases though, address the nervous system and the ringing should calm down. How have your stress levels been recently? Any changes or things going on that have you more anxious or mentally/emotionally stimulated than usual?

I have suffered with tinnitus for 11 years now. It's been a long road and I've learned a lot. I am presently writing a book on the subject. What you are recommending to your listeners is excellent advice, because it is essential to calm ones central nervous system down. As you mentioned, tinnitus is an extremely complex problem. But one should start with a complete reset of your emotional and physical relationship with stress and how well you process it.

The lyricist isn't even English, they is Russian . He is surrounded by non-English speakers so that explains a lot. Today, at the Kazakh artist’s fan meeting with his fans, the audience saw the MV to this work for the first time. The film is based on a story written by Dimash, with his own screenplay. The clip is divided into several parts. The first one is about childhood. The main character, his 2 friends are connected by childhood stories and symbols of eternal friendship. One day the friend saves the Protagonist when he drowns. However, there is already competition in this children’s story, as the boys are in love with one girl, and she chooses one. The second experiences a kind of psychological breakdown and transfers the children’s problems into the adult world of totalitarianism and struggle. The main character also speaks of unity, of peace, but through the lens of kindness and love. While fighting, he is confused, he is in shock, but he has to save his family - his pregnant wife (the very girl from his childhood) and his daughter. Once home, he is horrified by the picture of the dead and realizes that his family is also dead. After surviving this drama, he moves on to the antagonist to seek revenge. However, the Protagonist’s wife survives with the help of people who know that she is the one who must give birth to a special boy who can save the world. These are people of different nationalities and faiths who have united for peace. A parallel line of pilgrims are people of different religions, walking the hard path to some place of power where they could unite and discover the Heavenly Eye that would illuminate the world. By uniting, they create a common energy in which the protagonist’s son is born, as Hope and Faith for the Better. Their journey is a symbol of faith in general, because it always goes through trials. When we go to the truth, we go through certain lessons and our way to God is difficult, but only possible if we come together. This clip is not about war, it’s about peace. War here is a means of expressing the contrast of what happens when we lose love for one another. It is about the call to unite, to stop dividing each other along national, social, religious lines in order to preserve life, love, friendship, and the land for our children. Mr. Ken Gray don't judge true ayes of Western culture.

I started having my jaw lock up as i think the stress was manifesting itself in teeth clenching when i was 'sleeping'. Your suggestions make perfect sense. Sounds like with your family issues, you were wound up tighter than a spring. Good to hear you feel better.

💛 I am from Ukraine. My country is now in a state of war. The neighboring aggressor country kills civilians: children, pregnant women, aged people. They do not shy away from anything: torture, robbery, rape. Parents bury their children under fire, digging a grave with their bare hands, otherwise the animals will tear apart the already mutilated bodies. This song is about our pain, tears, blood and our present life. Appreciate the freedom and the ability to fall asleep without fear in your home, in your bed. We are all people born on planet Earth and we are all united by the desire to live freely, love and be close to our families. We beg all caring people, everyone who has mercy, empathy, for help. Hear our prayers. Help us in the struggle for freedom, freedom, life, because tomorrow this horror may come to your country, to your homes. Everyone who reads this message can help - together we are stronger! Thanks to Dimash for this work of art. He understands our pain and our sorrow better than anyone. He, like Prometheus, ignites the fire of faith in humanity in hearts. Hear his message. Glory to Ukraine!

"How many times do I have to use Mindblow to get the next Limit break?" It's use the first Limit a number of times to get the second limit. Number of Kills to get the first limit of the next level. You can potentially get the first limit for level 2 and 3 without ever getting the second limit for level 1 and 2. Cait Sith and Vincent *only* have first limits, (though Vincent's Limits have 2 attacks each) so they only need to get kills. Everyone must learn all of their level 1 2 and 3 limits to learn thier level 4. ...except Cait Sith, he only gets level 1 and 2. (But his Level 2 has like 8 different possibilities, including "I win". No, really, you just win. No matter who you're fighting...granted it's usually rigged so you won't get that result on certain enemies, but...people find ways.

@@Grays_Plays in case you missed it, I'm saying you can never ever ever use Mindblow, and just use Big shot for the kills, cause kills get you the next limit level. Also, I like to find use in even the most seemingly worthless abilities, and Mindblow *could* be good for shutting down enemies special attacks and magic... Iiiiif enemies weren't allowed to have MP in the *thousands* while Mind blow does triple digit mp damage *at best*.(unless it gets more impressive later...but by then you're one shotting enemies anyway so who cares.) Point is, since you hate mind blow so much, rest easy knowing you never have to use it again because it doesn't have anything to do with unlocking level 2 limits.

Kind of the inherent problem with the "Blank slate" party customization. Since materia defines your combat, there's no incentive to use "characters", only thing that matters is which materia you have equipped. I generally prefer the Job system, cause at least in those games you usually have an unchanging set of party members, and you just change thier Jobs freely to determine what those characters do, that's my favorite system. But then, I also like thebpreset style where each character comes with a locked innset of abilities, so if you want the Steal command, you need Locke, or Zidane. Buuuuuut then, I also enjoy using *all* the options, so even in FF6 with 14 preset characters, I like swapping my characters in and out all the time. (Then there's the usual "end of the game will probably make you use everyone somehow, so you kight as well keep them all leveled up together).
@Grays_Plays
@Grays_Plays Ай бұрын
Yeah there's no incentive to pick certain characters other than their limit breaks. Same with FF8. I really like the job system too, though I thought FF10 did a nice hybrid between it and being able to go the blank slate route if you preferred it. Was 2 very different games depending on what you chose to do, which was fun. With a series as big as Final Fantasy though I'm glad they change it up, variety is always nice.

SPOILER PROBABLY That was fantastic timing. The main reason am watching your playthrough is to try and remember the game as I played it while back,(15 years ago? I was 23 I think, coz I had my final college exams lol), and since i sinished Remake only recently and really enjoyed it, thought I'd refresh my memory with the story. The timing was great because I started playing Crisis Core for the first time ever, and only yesterday I played through the chapter with Nibelheim reactor, and finally realized where the classic Sepheiroth with fire background came from. and now watching the whole therapy session just connected a few missing dots and easter eggs, hell they even captured uniform-cloud stopping Tifa from entering the reactor, just gave me goose-bumps all over. I still have questions that probably should have been answered already, but won't look it up till i finish CC. like am sure Sephy's mother isn't a 2000 year old ancient dead hag, so is it Lucrecia or is she Vinc's mom? or is she his lover and cheated on him with Ghast...-holding my head in agony like Cloud- so much useless information but its sooo cool ^_^ again thank you guys for doing this, still enjoying your banter. and for God's sake Gray FEED THE POOR WOMAN, Get up and make her some dinner, leaving her scrape for friggin crisps! is it Paprika? The first song you did, SOS French Speakers, noted his imperfections in pronunciation, too. Here we see them a little more clearly because English is our language. He is a native Khazak and Russian speaker. This was early on in his career. When he repeats songs later, you'll really see the difference as he's done the work and received the coaching to sing with the pronunciation addressed. He's sung in 14 languages, at least the last count I've heard. I really like your input and observations. Wish I'd found you sooner.
