We have the same model as in the video. I tried reversing the door on the dryer first but the screws that are on the hinge side are fine thread and they would not screw into the former receptacle side. I didn't want to strip those fine thread screws. The screws on the receptacle side are course thread. Can you offer some advice here?

Following your video I was excited that I could fix it myself. However, where the wire was completely broken was very close to the little curved plastic tube in the hinge mechanism. I tried to be gentle but the copper wire pulled out of the wire insulation completely. Now I have no access to that end of the wire. Can I take the hinge off (and I guess the entire door) and somehow retrieve enough wire to sodder the wires together?

@@lukeellwood7134 you can always use a long lighter from that window glass area to light it up and hold it there until thermocouple heats up and leave it alone after that it should work fine , worse case you may want to replace thermocouple or peitzo ✌️

Remove filter cover at the bottom. It is likely to not be draining so use towels to mop up water so you can see into the drain. There is a yellow plug. Remove but remember which way up it goes. Feel inside and check the rotor can spin freely, there may be a blockage. Once freely spinning replace yellow plug and filters and run a fairly hot wash with a tablet to dissolve fats. Call a tech if you can't get rotor to spin.
