@@raphaelsainte-claire4861 yes! it means eating whatever whenever i feel hungry and stopping when i no longer feel hungry. :) an important thing to remember here is that i obviously don't eat the same food/amount every day as every day varies and so does every body. 🫶🏻

I have just stocked up on Quetiapine and did a math to calculate on consuming beyond LD50. Now I have about 470 tablets of 50mg each. I can really feel the path you have crossed. Non of my psychiatrists understand the pain I’m going through and just asking me to come back every 7 days. All they did was increase the dosage from 5MG to 12.5 MG to 25MG to 50 MG during each visit. But the fact is from day one I’m consuming all 10 tablets at once. Now a days I am daily consuming 10 tablets of 50 MG before going to sleep. And when I get negative feelings, i consume almost 900mg at a time. With immense will power I have stopped myself from overdosing. Not sure how long I can keep up, I just want liberation and don’t want to feel internal pain anymore. Thanks for sharing your experience. Happy that you’re out of it now 😊…
