hello Today i receive the cat litter and it is great. But i have a problem with weight measurement of my cat. my cat has weight 2,5 kg inly. The app said he has 7 kg. What I did wrong ? how repair it ?

No litter is in base, wheels are cleared in front and underneath. I took off orange part in back and put back on. I’m worried it’s the motor internally at this point

"Abnormal position" My litter box turns when starting up, it makes a half turn counter-clockwise and then a full clockwise turn. It then stops with the fault light turned on. Going in the app says "Abnormal position" When turning on without the barrel the motor keeps turning indefinitely. Self-test shows no issues. Anyone know how to solve this? This happened after 9 months of it working completely fine.

I bought this litter box a year ago and now suddenly it doesn't connect to the wifi and I'm trying to find a way to reset it but there's nothing helpful. Now I'm using it manually and had to contract with a housekeeper to check it and clean it while I'm away. That's frustrating 😤

Had the old nature’s miracle/petsafe electric litter box for years, but all the parts were failing and fixing it became impossible. I got a different version from this one here, but omg yes. Crazy how you coild only find these for over $1000 before. So much better, cleaner to empty, and way less smells!

The gray silicone base of this had got out. Cant fix it to the base, as it eventually comes off from a side. Do anybody have solution to this?

I have the same problem! I bought a replacement silicone base but the pee still pills on the side and goes underneath the mat. I don’t know that to do anymore 😢

I used a super sealant around the perimeter of the grey mat. I've used duct tape and later Gorilla tape to cover up the center hole in the bottom of the base. Be sure to wipe the surface clean before you tape it up otherwise there's a chance it doesn't stick well enough.

I ended up taking the internal litter mat out to clean and now it won't stay attached, resulting in litter falling between it and the drum every time it cleans. I thought it was able to be removed and I might installing it wrong? Any advice?

It is not needed, but convenient. You can also leave it on automatic, so anytime your cat goes to the bathroom, it will clean.

Hi. I unplugged mine and changed the location. When I plugged it back in and it started the cycle, it now dumps all the litter in the garbage bag and stops. Might you have any suggestions as to what I could try to get it to work properly again? Thank you.

@@arjensmit6684 My older female cats pee standing up. The urine drips down the wall to the part where the grey rubber mat isn't sealed well enough. I've applied a super sealant to replace it.

All of you should try getting a drill and loosening then immediately tightening the wheels at the front. The litter gets between and hardens and stops the wheels from moving

I love this cat box... but the most annoying thing is that it has a default "clumping time" of 3 minutes... Which usually ends up with sh*t getting smeared on the inside tub wall. You can change the setting to 10 minutes, which is more realistic... but when we have a power outage or the app gets out of sync with the cat box, the clumping time resets back to 3 minutes. I'm not a fan of "the smear" at all... Sort of defeats some of the great services that the box provides. Does anyone know a solution?

I’m having this problem too, it use to work fine and I had the infrared turned off on the app and then eventually the box got disconnected to wifi and no it doesn’t auto clean and can’t seem to get it back online 😢

I sent this back after 14hrs. Litter was going absolutely everywhere, and the waste wasn't being cleaned into the "garbage bag" properly. Seems there's a lot of fake reviews on Amazon for this product.

I bought this about a week and a half ago, and I am taking it back tomorrow. It starts turning when my cat is inside, which causes him to jump out and poo the entire way out (which is a mess). He has never pooped or pee'd outside of his litter box until we got this one. The problem is that if he has to go "to the bathroom" and this stupid litter box is moving...he had to use it elsewhere. It's way more time consuming than a normal litter box. I'm sure the $700 one works great, but this one definitely has problems. I thought this would help save me time, but it's nothing but a disappointment. It's no where near the $378 I paid for it. Ugh.
