This really works. I always thought if I took a break it would take me too long to get back in the flow of what I had been doing. But I tried it a few times and found out I got done faster when my mind was relaxed a bit.

@@GaleBatesmymentorbiz Since I sit at a computer all day, anything that gets me out of my chair works as a rest for my mind. I live in Florida so I can usually sit on my back patio for a few minutes and feel refreshed. One thing I learned was that doing a chore like cleaning the bathroom is not a break. It takes too long plus I don't feel like I've had a mental break. That might work for some people who want to move their body more, but it didn't work for me.

I'm working on each of the 5 - I set the 90 day goals. I set up a system with Cinchshare to be more consistent with conversations & connections. And I am tracking my sales + numbers of social media followers. I'd say the one I do the least is the follow up system, but as you said, as the connections and conversations happen more, I am doing more consistant follow up. Thank you for sharing these with us!!

I'm going to start #6 - set time to read 10 pages of a self-help book each day. I love reading but hardly ever do it because I feel like I don't have time. But if I'm scheduling in just a few pages I think I can do it without feeling guilty.
