I was 14 when i first saw gray hair as well . I used to color my hair a lot, and it damaged my hair, so 3 years ago, i decided to go back natural and stop color my hair ..it is super thick and hard to style ...HELPP

Summer brought its highs and some lows, even as winter now peeks through. I found these moments tucked away and wanted to share them with you. Last year, my little one had his adenoids removed, and this year, it was both his adenoids and tonsils. Recovery was longer and so much harder. I had the same procedure done when I was 10, and I remember the pain clearly-but I was old enough to understand what was happening. He’s not. How do you explain to a toddler that crying will only make it hurt more? Watching him in pain broke my heart as a parent. But I’m so grateful he recovered smoothly, and I pray this doesn’t happen again. Personally, life has thrown its challenges my way, but I keep faith that this season, too, shall pass. Here’s to cherishing life’s amazing joys along the journey. Thank you so much for the love 🫶🏾

winti us the most powerfull religion there is! if it wasnt for winti our ancestors would not be free from slavery! if winti can do that it can do allot more powerfull things, but people are being put in fear thats why thhey dont practice it

It’s also genetics. My hair always grows fast. But keeping a good routine that works for you is key. Just in my previous hair tutorial.
