Penetrol also does a fantastic job of rejuvenating the oxidized plastic parts on your cars exterior. Wipe it on, let sit for 8 hrs, wipe on another coat then let it sit for overnight and when it is dry to the touch , it's done. Once a year does the trick for me. REMEMBER: Penetrol contains boiled linseed oil and rags with it on them can combust. Hang all your rags and brushes out so the get plenty of air. Don't need any trash can fires. Thanks for all the content, the lil' rod looks cool!!!

Looking great. You might like to consider replacing that bottom flat alloy strip with an L profile. Use a stretcher or gentle hammering stretch method to match the curve and it will frame the bottom of the screen a lot nicer and hold it in place in one go. Alternatively, go with steel C channel and you can spot weld it instead of pop rivets. (use wet towel to protect the screen from heat).
@BoostedVegaRacing2 ай бұрын
@@2litrepeter. that’s ultimately what I was looking for a actual L channel. No luck though. I need to invest in a shrinker and stretcher though. It will definitely help out a lot with future projects. Thanks for the kind words!
