i completely support Pastor Beggs compassion for the grandmother. The so-called Christians who attempted to cancel Alistair condemn themselves. The radio station that cancelled him should be ashamed and I told them as much. God bless the empathetic and honest.

prayers truly for Begg...He has gone off the deep end and is on the other side of the camp today ...God is separating the sheep from the goats and purifying His bride...sad to see Begg going in the wrong direction...He fractured the Church God had given him to lead...Prayers...

Could you please write the titles of the sermons and/or biblical references? Thank you for your great ministry, but above all, may our Lord be honored and praised!

The reading of Jesus' prayer at the beginning of this message is done with meaning and reverence. I will be listening to it again, and I'm looking forward to the following teachings.

I pray for Brother Begg but cannot listen to his sermons after finding out he would not repent for his sin ...That is a stubborn man and especially after in the office of Pastor to willfully go against the scriptures ...God is indeed exposing and separating the wheat & tares...So sad to see the ones we thought were truly following to fall so far...BUT IM glad to know God is taking care of his true children and still building HIS Church...All these disappointments of Pastors...in 2024 will not thwart Gods purpose ...sad to see the Pastors NOT finishing well when they were so close in their latter years.. 70's...

What are you talking about? What did he do?
@trh2-f7v22 күн бұрын
@@bored.in.california2111 He was asked by a Grandmother if she should attend her gay grandsons wedding as he was marrying a man..same sex...To everyones surprise Alistair said YES and take a gift...That is blasphemy...Marriage is ordained by God between male & female...He was dropped from Grace to you/Ligonier and many radio stations because of it ...very sad...many asked him to retract the statement and repent and he said NO !

And yes, he was defiant in his refusal to repent. However, I will not discard his faithful teaching of God’s word over these 50 plus years due to his flawed advice. “The best of men are men at best”

I followed Begg's four part sermon series on Psalm 139 remotely, as he shared it in real time with his Parkside congregation. To say that Begg's exegesis of this Psalm is extraordinary, beautiful, convicting, and comforting, is simply insufficient. The Holy Spirit works through this man with supernatural radiance and clarity. I've gone back four times to each of the four sermons in this series. Each listening grants even richer understanding of what it is to be a human that recognizes their savior in mundane moments of life, such as lying down or rising up from rest... to the revelation that it is that very same Savior who knitted each one of our lives together, numbered are our days before there was even one of them... such knowledge is indeed too wonderful! So, very grateful for the Pastoring of Alister Begg and Truth for Life. He handles the Word of God with care, humility, and a longing that every listen to the Gospel hear it. That they hear the word of the one true and living God above the voice of a mere man.

Alastair Does a great job of presenting what The Good Lord would have us know, John MacArthur notwithstanding. He needs to rethink the Sons of God in Genesis, though. Angels and fallen angels can't procreate like humans do. That's whacked!

I read that you will be stepping down. 😢You will be sorely missed. First Charles Stanley went to His glory, then Chuck Swindoll is stepping down after decades of faithful service, and now you also, our dear, faithful servant and teacher. May our Lord and Savior wrap you all in His Strength, Love and Joy. May your last days be the sweetest of them all. Thank you for all you have done for these lambs and sheep. God richly bless you all. Forever. I'll see you all when we get Home. ❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
