Hey, for weights i use anywhere from 15 lbs-20 lbs depending on the exercise. If you are a beginner choose anywhere from 10-15 lbs

Do you apply oil over glycolic acid without rinsing it off?

First glycolic acid, leave for 5 minutes on scalp, then apply any oil and massage. Leave both for 30 minutes then wash with shampoo

Hey! Yes i used to use masks that are only silicone free but now not anymore. I bleached my hair so i need to have silicones in my routine for hair smoothness and protection. However i make sure to clarify my hair once a week. Will be doing another post bleach full hair care routine soon

If your hair is healthy and long and want to lighten it do it! But make sure it is not fully blonde dimensional is better as it is less damaging for the hair. I will be doing a new full hair care routine and see if any adjustments to be made

It looks so good! I’m trying to grow my hair out longer and think I’m going to keep mine natural brown like you did until it gets to a length I like then get it highlighted I worry if I highlight it before there would be breakage before I get it where I want it to be
