I agree, the colours have a different look than Sony or Canon native lenses. Very warm and cinematic almost without any sun bursts, vignettes, or streaks that might make them look over processed. Great lens

Hi.What do you think, is the picture quality with 24mm is the same as canon ef 24-105 f4l IS? I have this 24mm lens and thinking about one more. I consider 50mm 1.4 usm or 24-105. Body is canon 70d. Which one can you recommend fo landscape and traveling? The most important thing is quality and sharpness. Thank you

Hardest part about these type of shoots is NOT worrying about the backdrop 😂 I shoot this style for sports posters and often catch myself trying too hard to keep the athlete inside the backdrop knowing I’m just going to cut them out
@leonidtalas6962 ай бұрын
ok, this got me totally confused. The curtain opens > every part of the sensor is exposed to ambient light INCLUDING the subject, and starts collecting light > the flash fires and lits up the subject > the curtain closes = exposure is complete. OBVIOUSLY the subject is getting lit by BOTH the ambient light AND the flash light. While flash power stays the same, the AMOUNT of ambient light reaching the sensor INCREASES with the decrease in shutter speed. WHY IS THE SUBJECT EQUALLY EXPOSED ON ALL THE PHOTOS???????????? This is against the laws of physics

Hi PJ, thanks for an informative video, very nice! I have another question regarding your equipment - what are the hard cases you have in the begining of the video, are they Peli brand? I have one small Peli and are looking to buy one or two bigger ones so I’m looking for some cheaper alternatives. Thanks in advance! 🙏

I know this is an old post but I'm starting my podcast again after a break that was gpohgbforbwell over 15 years. However I now have an M1 Imac, and I'm afraid the lone in just won't work as it's a 32 bit software, if I remember rightly,this is a hurdle that made me stop years ago, but I figured surely now after years,they would have fixed linen to work with the M1. So im in desperate need of help, on how to either get this to work, or another alternative. If not I'm going to be completely stuck for recording from Skype with my cohort on Skype. Any help much appreciated, great video BTW,.

I have never forgotten something a photographer said when trying to get a group of people to give genuine pleasing faces. Instead of the tired old "say cheese" which produces a lot of forced smiles, he hovered on the shutter button and then said, "Think of something dirty." None of us had been told that before, and the shock value had everyone revealing a true look with smiles or at lest upturned mouths and lively eyes.

Adobe is not an option anymore, its a total rip off. You have to pay monthly but for the whole year just to get photoshop a little cheapter, furthermore you get a bunch of crap you dont really need if you are only in it for photoshop. I'd rather pay 700€ again than pay monthly. If you want to cancel photoshop anytime during a month, the price goes up to 40€ per month. Its not like you actually NEED the latest version and bug fixes should be obvious otherwise you are selling a product thats defect. You are not buying a smartphone every year, heck even if you were you coud sell the old one! Look at this long term! I was a Hobby Artist for decades but CS6 cant keep up anymore. I bought CS2 and after 8 years of use CS6? Together they would cost around 1200€. The only attractive package would be the graphic design one with illustrator etc.. So just for the useage of CS2 i would have paid 2880€ and up to this day i never upgraded from CS6 and that would mean i was using CS6 for another12 years which would cost me another 4320€. Id prefer the 1200€ over the 7200€. Even if i had upgraded again after 8 years it would be still much cheaper. Adobe go f**k yourself. I dont need a Cloud either, like i would trust you with my files lmao. Again i would rather buy a NAS-System than your stupid cloud service. There are many ways nowadays to get your files anywhere you want without paying monthly. Im gonna use CS6 for simple web design but my days as Artist are over. Im gonna focus on my eguitar and never waste my time with Adobe again lmao. Go f**k yourself Adobe.
