I'm really very sorry to hear of your frightful loss. I have been in a similar situation, not the same but similar. I habe unfortunately been witness to loosing a best fiend to taking his own life with a firearm. There are no words, but I do recognise the giggles and laughs, talk, just talk and keep taking!!!! You will get there. I have recently purchased the Jaguar 2016 2.0d XE. I'm very proud of my purchase and quite humbled that I have been given the opportunity (retired), so now I also have the time to drive it, lol. I want to enhance the look and want to upgrade the looks with a front spliter, rear defuser, and boot spoiler. I love the idea of the exhaust system you put on, what was, and who did yours. What are your thoughts on brake calliper covers? Regards Dez

Hi Graham, so sad to hear of you're loss, that must of been very shocking for you and you're family, i did think you had gone quite, but ne not being in the car club anymore i dont get to see whats going on, its great that yoy have started to get your life back on track and things are looking up for you, im sure you will get back to your chanel next summer when you will get more content from car shows etc, you are one of the good guys, and you deserve the best, dont go for a Porsche m8, get a Jaguar F type, if you get the one i had the 3.0v6 awd with 380bhp, the sound of that car was amazing, you wont get the same sound from a Porsche, and everytime i drove my Jag i had big smiles, and to be honest if i drove it sensible which wasn't very often, i would get good fuel consumption, its a great tourer, i have family in Stoke-on-Trent and at the time i lived down south, and i never felt that i had travelled 200 miles, as it was more comfy than i thought it would ever be, and im not a small bloke as you know, i do miss it, but my car days are over now, anyway you take good care of yourself, hope to see one of your videos in the future.

Independant Jaguar specialist is the best way to, I have halted my servicing cost but still have access to everything Jaguar do, I have been fortunate with my car but I know others have had reliability issues. I think you will have to take a leap of faith and use a specialist rather than main dealer.

They do on average 50 laps a day, I was chatting to our driver and its stock parts, new tyres everyday and front brakes. To do 50 laps a day on stock parts is as you say a testament to the build quality and engineering.

Hey, started following your channel back when I bought an XE and really enjoyed your channel. Sorry to hear all the personal challenges you have been going through I can’t imagine how difficult it been. But it was nice to hear someone having such an honest conversation about the challenges of life that we all face but aren’t always brave enough to talk about.

Thank you for this video. This worked out great! I did have to contact Jaguar to delete the previous owner and $127 later (for one year of service) I was set. Had to download the app and set up the account on my phone which the Jaguar contact helped with. My wife can start the car from her office which isn’t near the parking lot and there isn’t a window. Seems to work off a satellite connection. The dashboard on the app is helpful too where it shows the status of certain aspects of the car. The one that helps my wife is the fuel level. She might not drive the car for a week and can’t remember if it’s low on fuel so she checks and she then knows ahead that she has to stop and fill up.

Good video. I've had my XE for five years and still love its looks. The one downside: the rearwards vision.

The higher boot line does make for slightly less visibility, but I'm sure you quickly adapted and the side mirrors are pretty good at compensating. Camera helps as well!

Hi, not sure if you’ll respond. I’m thinking of getting this done but I just want to know… if you are driving, let’s say ‘efficiently’ can you make the car quieter depending on how you drive? Thank you
@ForTheDrive Жыл бұрын
It’s mainly on the driving modes. Eco is definitely quieter and less aggressive compared to Dynamic, your own driving style will definitely make a difference but it’s an organic noise, no valves or dampening so there’s a base level of noise.
@TobyRobinson-u6b Жыл бұрын
