The input lag comes from the poor monitors they use. They have bad delay and CAN'T BE FIXED with a patch. Buy the recently released mvc collection for consoles for the best experience and online. This is a overpriced piece of trash

Magnet trick has been done before on several machines. Tales of arabian nights for one. The wireway should be fine also, simple hinge system.

This Pac-Man release is the equivalent of a new logo on the Christmas Coke can. Sure there are a few diehards that will bite but for the rest of us it's the same repackaged thing as the last five years. Wish they would reissue Burgertime, Centipede, Tron or TMNT. And work on a price reduction. All we get is occasionally Capcom, flooded with Namco and Data East games it seems. Wonder how expensive a Nintendo cabinet would have to be? The claw machine is expanding in the right direction I think. Maybe skeeball or that bowling game where thins flip up? Maybe too many moving parts on that last idea.

I loved Bosconian. Used to play it on my old Namco plug n play.

Glad someone is finally talking about the Alliance Entertainment thread that links these two products... although they may not be a huge deal by themselves, I think the fact that we're starting to see ANYTHING outside of a direct retailer order is huge news, and suggests there very well could be a lot more in store before too long.

Don't give us Track And Field, Daytona USA, or a dedicated Missile Command. Give us another Pac Man cabinet.

Bill, I think the timing of the Claw Machine along with the PS5 Pro is great! Could you imagine getting the new Arcade1Up Claw Machine and filling it with PS5 Pro's? I bet you could fit about 6 or 7 of them in that machine (taken out of the box, of course). I'll bet that would make this Claw Machine the most played in any home arcade. Not sure if the claw would be strong enough to lift one, but that would be a bonus if it couldn't as you could make a ton of money and never lose a single PS5 Pro. But since the machine doesn't look like it has a way to take money, you'd just have to collect it from people manually. Maybe 5 bucks a play since it's such an expensive prize :) Oh, the possibilities! vgv

That is an unbelievably ugly Pac Man cabinet. I'd rather play Pac Man with an Evercade mounted on a dish rack.

That's a sweet setup you've got there. At some point I need to figure out some sort of light gun contraption. Something like this would be great because I don't really have the space for another cab, so I could keep it out of the way when I'm not using it.

Thanks Bill - looking good! Retro Shooter did change the Console to add the integrated power button. We did just get a newer box in, so we'll have to tweak our design a bit. If you cut just a bit away around the white power button, it should work.

The Retro Shooter *guns* are fantastic (I sold my Sindens), but the Pandora's Box is utter crap... moving to a PC removes the lag and allows you to easily add a LOT more games. The combination of a Batocera 39+ light gun build on a PC with the Retro Shooter guns can't be beat for the price. Glad Buy Stuff is supporting them!

Great news for my HD, I have both it and 4k. Even with having the 4k, I still regularly play the HD in my game room since my 4K is in another, but less used room.

I have this table and my main complaint (besides no protective cover on top) is that the Atari 2600 version of Warlords isn't included. I am looking into modding this to remedy that, but not sure if I should do a USB mod or if I have to replace the entire board with a raspberry pi.

Thank you for your videos and reviews. They are always very informative. I just ordered The Addams Family starter last night and am excited to receive it. I don't mind not having all the preloaded games. I'd rather pick my own games and add them later than get a bunch of tables I don't know and probably wouldn't play. As far as the topper goes, if I decide I want it, I can always buy it and install it myself later. I do see myself buying the SSF kit more sooner than later, and have no fear of installing it myself.

There seem to be a lot of stutter during Crash Bandicoot. Are all PS games affected? How about MAME and DC games?

Liked the idea of the Golden Tee/Midway hybrid considering I still don't own a GT except that I have a MK2 Midway cabinet with most of those Midway games, so that doesn't work. What would make way too much sense would be a Golden Tee/Centipede cabinet that combines 20-25 trackball games in one cabinet, THAT is what I want to see considering it would combine two of the cabinets I want into one!

Bill, WOW! You're speculation, every game you mentioned, was what I was thinking as well! Mentioning the F&F situation was brilliant as it pertains to a possible Silverstrike and Arcade1Up already has Simpsons Bowling, so I think that's possible. Arcade1Up already has 2 multi publisher cabs, so they could absolutely do it again. And I would LOVE Coors Light Bowling! I played that at the bar me and my Grandpa used to go to. And even if they had to use the Capcom Bowling variant, it's still the same game, just with different logos, kind of like Tapper and Rootbeer Tapper. Unfortunately, this would have to be one heck of a cab to get me interested. Any new machine Arcade1Up or any company brings out is competing with what I already have. If something comes in, something has to go out. Now maybe a Bowling X Dragon's Lair cab might be cool... Just kidding :P vgv

Ugh... they must have some contractual obligation with Incredible Technologies that they're trying to work through. Otherwise, this would make very little sense, and I'm not sure I could see any retailer jumping up and down for it (not to mention consumers who are getting sick of the same, old thing).
