It does not rise. "Normaal Amsterdam Peil", keeps the water in check, through a sophisticated system of dikes pumps and water gates (sluices).

Just came back from Öludeniz, our second summer there and definitely going back next summer. We stayed at the end of the main road, in Turquoise hotel. I love how relaxing it feels being there, like the moment you arrive at the hotel you feel peaceful and happy. Thank you for this video. It brought back the happiest memories ❤
