elite coils? I'd go ghost (smoke bomb) and take advantage of that buff. I personally prefer to shred the shit out of these guys. It's the most fun and satisfying to me.

This happened to me as well. Simmilar thing also happened when i was in Jackson with Ellie when you have to throw the bottle at the infected for the first time. The animation plays out but it doesnt actually throw the bottle.

Nah. Tech snipers hit for much more damage than I was taking here.

@@BahamutBreaker the hits ranged from 30 ish to 50 ish the last one was from around the corner behind you through two windows. if you scrutinize the video you can find where every shot came from and a few were from the guy on the roof on the other side of the building and not always through windows. Range and obstacles reduce the damage.

By the looks of the cool down I'd say the quant mk4 from fingers, with a requirement of 15 reflex, with 3 legendary or epic heatsink mods allowing for a cool down as low as 2 seconds
