I’m running a similar deck rn and loving it, but instead of squee and hordemaster I’m running Arabella and Anim Pakal, with a dollmakers shop thrown in somewhere too and it goes brrrrrr

I think Goblins works well with Tempo tech. Maybe Into the Floodmaw would be a better pick here for the ability to bounce a Sheltered by Ghosts or something like that, but I don’t see why Goblins Tempo wouldn’t be interesting to dig deeper into.

@ I’m attempting to put together a swamp and forest beat down deck. I think elves can go the distance for sure with some of the new cards giving them +1/+1 to all elves. Of course gotta try to bring Tyvar into all that!

So! 1.) lithomanic barrage for white and blue creature heavy decks - simic beans- azorius tempo- even mono white using Elspeth. 2.) that 2 mana sorcery that does 2 damage to opts creatures- forgot what this is called. - good against any weenie deck. 3.) get lost - for any enchantment, artifacts, sheoldred/lili that threatens to f you up. 4.) screaming nemesis - this one is more of a maybe but it’s good against any aggro/control kind of deck. Stalls board against aggro. Control has to deal with it before you shock it and cost them their ability to gain life. 5.) AUTHORITY OF THE CONSULS - this is also a maybe BUT dealing but can save your life against aggro as you try and 1-1 their creatures. 6.) slagstorm/brotherhoods end -any aggro/weenie deck - creature based tempo ie dimir/ or BG mid. - slag storm is ideal because it can hit face for three. Brotherhoods end can hit those artifact decks though. 7.) temporal firestorm- this is a big sweeper for bigger mid range decks. This one could wreck the opp if you had nemesis down. This is just my thoughts after playing something similar for a while. I’m sure there are some Better choices. Maybe some protect permanent spells ie surge of salvation? Also it might be good to have some scalable damage like 5 damage. This is why I recommend get lost. Sheoldred is out of reach for your average burn spells. Ideally you want to go face/ interact as little as possible. Sometimes you need to burn some creatures though. Sorry that was so long lol. Let me know what you think

I agree, they do have to be in the right build, and running all 4 could be risky due to that early game. I've been loving trying them out though, and they're working really well for me :)
