If I may suggest another lip color option: skin shades lighter than your Drifter's skin and light browns also work well if you're going for that natural lip color. I used the skin color directly to the right of the one you use and used A2 (top column, second from the left) from the Hatred pallet for the lips. I'm still struggling to find a good face setup. The best I've come up with for the Drifter is Primary 19, Secondary 17 with a 50% blend. (The Operator I'm happy with just running 17 in both slots with 0 blend.)

The visage ink rotation can create some really cool patterns too, allows you to be really creative

Really appreciate this video. When it came time for the kiss i got jump scared by my drifters sickening visage. Looked like face had been crushed in by a maul. My operator on the other hand doesn't suffer from this issue, but has creepy dead yet wild eyes and a psychopaths smile. I generally dont customize my character in games much, unlelss it happens some time after the start, so um not very good at this. Will definitely use this to make appropriate adjustments later, but TBH I dont want to take her helmet off again..
