Stop using any Cetaphil products. They contain hydroxides which damage skin barriers! It is very evident you were already using something that is irritating your skin. Cetaphil does not have a good reputation for people with sensitive skin.

I, who myself have seborrheic eczema with a tendency to rosacea, would recommend the sunscreen p20 sensitive face 🤗 it is really good for the skin in my opinion 👍 it is also very good to lubricate around the eyes without it stinging, and it lasts a full 10 hours outside in the sun☀️ greetings Botbenning from the north.😊🇸🇪🇮🇸🇧🇻🇫🇮🇩🇰
