Explain his connection to Adam Zickerman the defence lawyer that works against his client for his mate Ammon Barker, even before being retained to in this case hiring a private investigator to track down his future client and have him robbed at knifepoint a car and all his exonerating evidence (grace Johnston, Salem OR). See endthezb951visa to see the case of democrats in Sedona hiring a satanic rape and murder fantasy pornstar Rachel Bulisky (films include "antfarm dickhole and Jesus was a total douchebag" etc) traffic controller already involved in a police corruption complaint before she was hired who was a member of the spirit cooking ordo templi orientis CSA cult. Everyone on Adam Smith case including judge Steinlage already paid off with democratic grants signed off by Katie Hobbs. Now the light turns on cockroaches.

While I am sure I am supposed to care about national news, I must admit I prefer your coverage of local happenings so that I can ignore national politics for a few minutes. That aside, I am definitely a fan of KAFF News Extra.

"The community sent us a very clear message, we need to listen to their voices" Instead of listening you immediately start looking at other locations, not even skipping a beat to understand why the community and your own staff are so against moving. It's no wonder the community and NAH staff don't trust the administration, it's clear NAH does not care why 480 was a resounding NO and has zero interest in what our community has to say. You've already moved on to Plan B. Why don't you send an anonymous survey to your own staff to understand what it takes to retain them and keep them motivated? Don't be surprised when "culture" isn't top of the list. You can afford to build a new hospital, but you can't afford to give staff reasonable raises in a city where housing prices have gone up 250% in the last 10 years and inflation has exploded.

So here is the logic presented by Dave in this interview: 30% of doctors and nurses are thinking of not only leaving their current hospital, but actually leaving their profession entirely. Dave's solution: we are looking to increase the pipeline of new doctors and nurses into the profession. Unfortunately, that is not a solution. It's not even a step in the right direction. Instead, ask your doctors and nurses what they need! As far as I can tell, they need: 1) better pay so that they can afford to live in Flagstaff 2) more time to spend with their patients so that they can feel secure in their ability to help them 3) trained support staff at every level (pharmacy, etc...) so they can feel secure and not exposed to liability when others they work with cannot carry out their responsibilities in a safe or timely fashion That point (2) is the biggest. If docs and nurses are so pressed and stressed that they feel there is no time to help and heal their patients, then that contradicts the whole reason they became a doctor or a nurse in the first place. Fix that and you will no longer have a staffing problem. If you want to heal the relationship with your community then listen to what they have been telling you: Keep the Hospital on the Hill. Go back to your Renovation Plan of 2019. There are a lot of additional benefits to that decision. It will cost you less, it will not raise health care costs by another 31%, it won't expose your hospital to extreme wildfire risk somewhere out on the edge of town or out on County land, it will have less environmental impact, it will leave you more money to keep your doctors and nurses, and many other advantages. Heck, if you do that the community will throw you a party! : )

Thanks for doing this interview!! He is right that they didn't do a good job connecting with and communicating with the community. Really nice job Dave!!
