it helps the hair grow..but black hair..not so sure..what i noticed is that it enhances your natural hair color..mine is not exactly black and i just see it being at its best..so if your hair is black by nature..it will be improved...#myknowledge so far

You can find the flaxseed at any local store in the market ask people that spells spices ingredient or ask them to direct you to where you can buy, also I use this mixture immediately after I shampoo my hair
