@luisrizo8813 The Blair Witch second sight looks absolutely amazing, wish it was region free and came with part 2. The other title that hasn’t gotten a region free is Dawn of the Dead. I’m stuck with the basic and a beautiful dvd release.

I’ve got like 7 backup Blu-ray players but only one 4K player. Because they are still so expensive. That’s why I’m still sticking with Blu-ray. If they stop making players in general. There are probably more Blu-ray players out there. The price will also be less. At that point us media collectors will be happy with anything. I’m not going to pay a grand on a 4K player on Ebay. Flippers are going to love that glorious day. We should all walk into our local store and buy a player. Show the companies we still want them.

I was just thinking about how in past videos you would say you had back up blu ray players just in case they stopped making them and that's exactly what happened with LG today where they announced they will no longer make blu ray or 4k players. I just hope Sony, Panasonic or other companies don't follow LG and stop making them. Similar to when Best Buy said they would no longer sell physical media and we still have Walmart (even though some locations never stock on release day)

You might have the ones with the value. Her music on physical media are good investments. Her media seem to just increase in value.

If you have the ultimate dvd set? You pretty much have everything. I feel this is bit of a cash grab especially since there are actually episodes missing in the Blu-ray set. The picture quality is better, but if you are nostalgic the dvd still gives you a better picture than directly off the television. This is a novelty item for the ultimate collector who needs to have everything. I have a strange feeling that we are going to see a complete Blu-ray or 4K collection in the future. Shemp took a back seat on this set. Some of his best episodes are missing.

Some of the knockoffs are right on. Unfortunately if you have one and don’t recognize until a few months to a year later (like my Beatles CD box set) I had. It’s too late and I know some fans definitely know their stuff. So picture getting something like this for a gift from grandpa. You know it’s fake, but to the regular shopper. They will never know. I consider myself a professional collector and they fool me. I’m not a reseller, but let’s say I pass and my wife needs quick cash. If you have a bootleg. It’s pretty much useless and my family wouldn’t know. Then they are stuck in the future. These bootleggers are ripping off the media ignorance.

I’ve only sold one item on EBay in my life and made about $17 profit and that’s because I got the insurance to protect the buyers item. I realized I could never be a flipper a long time ago. I know how much I struggle. I also know what it’s like to need or want things. I would want to help the person. That’s why the wife says I would never make a good business man. But I do know my stuff. I’m 100% a hoarder or collector.

@meltingmovies1945 They make great backups. Also, if you only have blu ray players in other rooms. My girlfriend pretty much stay in our bedroom to watch movies where our big TV. Sondbar. 4K players. In the living room, there are two different region blurry players with a 27-inch TV.

A lot of the VHS tapes are worth a lot of money, but they need to be new and sealed. Then they have to be sent out and graded and encapsulated. Cost a lot of money to make them worth a lot of money. Example: I have on in my collection that has been through that process. It’s an original Rocky Horror. Graded a 9z the value is around $300, but if you look up graded VHS on EBay. You will find some ridiculous prices. I would always buy duplicate copies to keep one new. So I can only assume my collection would be worth a lot now. It’s more of a nostalgic thing. Not for viewing. Like I am on the hunt for a new Mike Tyson’s punch out Nintendo cartridge graded. They go for a ton. The key is the grading, but it could cost you up to $70 to send it out.

Unfortunately the one thing I’m not is a gamer. I have some old systems, but honestly the new stuff gives me motion sickness. I play Call of Duty for about 10 minutes and I feel sick.

The seller sold it to me for I believe 207, but because it was shipped from a few states away . He was actually really honest and sent me money back, because the shipping wasn’t as much. It did cost me around $150 when we were done. Maybe $157? I am never 100% unless It comes with an invoice. So it was give or take a few dollars.

It was $207 purchased on October 16th and I received money back because it costing less for the shipping. $157.14 was the total after the deduction.

I had a conversation with the seller. He lived a few cities or towns away and because I have a KZbin channel he gave me a discount. Honestly it happens a lot especially if you talk to a seller previous to buying. I don’t trust sellers because of bad experiences. So I always open a line of conversation to see if they are for real. This guy shocked me. He also added decals and a patch from his store. Sometimes they just want their name and experience explained on the channel. I was nervous when I received the money back, because I thought they were canceling. It seemed too good to be true and I have been scammed many times on EBay. He’s now on my favorite sellers list and I will be working with him again. I appreciate every comment and try to be 100% on the price and time frame, but sometimes my mind does get me. Sometimes I get comments from videos posted 3 years ago. I have to go back and watch it again to help the viewer with the answers. All good my friend. 👍🏻

If you ever see one one EBay. I will tell you that even if they don’t have a “Buy it now or offer” some sellers are real nice. Some buy these things in bulk for a deal and will give you a great deal. Never hurts to ask. I have received a lot of great deals, by just contacting the seller. The worst that can happen is that they say “No” I never low bal but if they are selling something for $100 they might take $75. It happens to me all the time.$300 is crazy for what this set includes. Especially if you are sitting on the 4K already. Only 3 more extras, VHS tape and of course the chainsaw.

I’ve seen a few retractable poles. Definitely going to grab one.
