Going first builds can run a Spellbook of Judgement package for mass of spell cards in grave and sit Jowgen behind Shizuku for a turn, going second bulid can run double Raigeki with Double Pankratops and break boards twice as hard. Not sure which is better overall but going second version doesn't care as much about the coin flip so it might be easier to climb ladder with. After Halq ban you can replace it with Lyna since Dharc is already being run in this set, I use Hercules Base with Avarice for extended resource looping instead of running Jamming Waves, an extra Afterburners is probably better for backrow removal since that can hit face ups spell/traps, even if you're forced to blow up your own monster with it(which might matter if you want to keep using Lightning Storm). Speaking of which, Lightning Storm bricks on me almost every time I try to use it as backrow removal, I'd rather just run Twin Twisters and have an extra way to pop my own Herc Base or Area Zero. But if it works for you then use it, for the going second build it's a decent 3 of to run as extra Dusters. I use Forbidden Droplet over Dark Ruler since the Atk Drop makes it easier to hit over monsters and it can chain to multiple Striker Spells to send them for cost and activate their secondary effects. Damage isn't as important as board control for this deck, but not being able to take anything with Widow Anchor after using DRNM is annoying. Upstart Goblin and Chicken Game go together specifically in this deck and Endymion, as the extra spell activations/spells in grave matter immensely to both. They're optional tools though and you'd probably have to go over 40 to fit them both along with every other necessary card.
