Have you ever used the freeweight circular row? It looks good but seems like the way the lever arms come up it might get too heavy at the end of the movement, reminds me of an old cybex row I use to have that really ramped up at the end.

I am intrigued by this design. What is the purpose of having that linkage system between these lifting arms and that lower arm with the weight on it? Why not just have a configuration where you put weight directly onto the back of the lifting arm? Very curious. I like to learn. :-)

Hey I’m trying to start a home gym of my own and was wondering what do you think is the best leg extension and leg curl is? I don’t want combined 2 in 1 machines so I’m looking at separate machines with one designated purpose. I was looking at prime plate leg extension/leg curl, Panatta free weight special alternative leg extension 1FW081 and leg curl 1FW082 as well as the Atlantis selectorized leg extension and leg curl, I don’t know if you know much about these machines or if you like total different companies\brands but it would be much appreciated if you could give me some insight and guidance for which machines I should purchase- thanks 🙏

I'm sorry if I didn't get back to a few people, it has been overwhelming with working 4 jobs and trying to work on the house, gym, etc.. Still deciding which pieces can fit and stay. I was going to put the Nautilus Side Leg Curl on Ebay this weekend, unless someone wants to make an offer. I did end up selling the MedX Avenger Leg Press to someone on here.

The duo squat. Side leg curl and crank in, single arm hip and back got me through football and made me a solid 242 class powerlifter when I hardly trained free weights in the 80 and 90s...great machine
