@ that’s great to hear.. my wife and I are from Chicago, we spend my 2 years in Newport Beach California but the pricing for a 3 bedroom home was a bit crazy. We moved back to Chicago for work and it was only temporary. Now we are moving to Maryland where my wife will be working on base. Your videos have been very helpful with answer a lot of my questions and we are feeling much better about purchasing our first home in Maryland. I had another question, how’s the wildlife, mainly are there any bears?

It really depends on your investment goals. Cash flow can be tough to find in all areas BUT equity can be gained in a lot of areas, especially if you’re patient. I’ll do an entire analysis this month

try purging them in a floating crabpot for a couple weeks if you've never tried it. After getting used to it in maryland these gulf oysters in texas taste way to salty to me
