Mine is torn off the bone n other tendon is damaged too muscle tears hoping muscle tears repair themselves so they won't need stitching as for tendons not looking forward to having them repaired hoping they arn't as bad as surgeon tells me? Will see in hopefully 8- mths.

What causes it?

My middle finger has catching and getting stuck for around a year, but now my ring finger next to the middle is catching, but worse the knuckles are swollen and the ring finger is throbbing in pain. I have an idea that a certain action may have injured my tendons but why does my ring finger hurt and throb now? Great info, My pain is right where the Achilles attaches maybe a half inch up from the bottom of heel There’s no redness, but it’s slightly tender, but no tenderness in the actual long part of the Achilles could that be bursitis or just another form of Achilles tendinitis just at the attachment point ?

I’ll be getting this procedure in 4 days and return 5th day to have the cords cracked. I’m 61 female, Irish, non drinker or smoker.
