Ran into you yesterday..I'm planning on doing a video concerning the Rutherford County dump and it's effects on the Stones River. It's really crazy because that huge landfill is off the river and upstream from our water treatment plant.

Good meeting you yesterday! That's a great idea, Ive fished that part of the east fork a few times and caught some nice ones! Tight lines man! 🎣🎣🎣

A friend told me the other day the river wasn’t in great shape but I didn’t know exactly why. This explains a lot. We’re very eager to get involved. This is so close to me and we want it to be nice.

The float is about 9 miles, the time depends on your pace. You'll need to get out there early in the morning though

Hey man. Great video and nice catches. A couple of quick questions - would it be worth a drive out to the Duck River in early April from Illinois to fish for smallies? And where would be the best place to stay if we want to bank fish in terms of quality/public access? Thank you!
@SundayViewFishing Жыл бұрын
I think it would definitely be worth the drive to catch some smallies. Think there are some campsites on the area. If you want a hotel then I would suggest staying in either Murfreesboro or Maybe Manchester, TN. Look up access points on Google Maps, there are several like Mullins boat ramp. The Collins river is also a good place to catch smallies as well as the Stones river.
