There is a battery issue when it is not self starting . Check it

Actually it was not battery, it was the ISG unit and a wire connection underside the scooter that was loose, it has been resolved now. Though battery also went dead aftersometime, so changed that too. Thank you 🙏 Please subscribe and support my channel ☺️❤️

Brother, It is like that. In India often channels have text matter in English but spoken language in HINDI which is our national language. There may be three issues either any one or all of them, I had all of them 1) The ISG unit is faulty, in that case you need to immediately change that. If your scooter has ISG unit 1.01 then definitely it's faulty. 2) The firmware of the ISG unit may be outdated, you can get it updated from the service center. It is just like updating the OS of your smartphone. It will take around 30 mins. 3) There is a jack or wire (I don't remember the name now) that is situated under the scooter's base. It maybe loose so fixing it can be the solution. So kindly, get your scooter checked from your nearest service center about the above three cases, Please subscribe and support my channel 🙏😊♥️

1. TVS do make tyres. 2. Time is ok in my scooter, may be 1 or 2 minutes vary. 3. Where did you get Clutch and choke in handle bar? It has got automatic dry clutch inside CVT and auto choke in fuel injection system. 4. That is left hand brake lever for combined braking system, not clutch. 5. Another one is brake lock which according to you is choke. 6. In intelligo mode, you need to twist the throttle a little not full. Just twist and release while pressing any brake lever. 7. About the average fuel economy, it gives 36 to 42 kmpl in congested city roads. And gives around 62 kmpl in highways. 8. May be your unit has some defects thats why you get starting problem and clock mis-timing.

Nice and thoughtful mods done! Not very sure about the top rack part since RE is known for chassis failures and they always blame 3rd party accessories for it instead of supporting the customer. Also, its time for LED bulbs in the indicators, maybe you can give it a try.

Thank You. and about the top rack, let me see how the future unfolds, RE is going to blame everything on mods anyway, even a simple light addition is also a reason for them to deny the warranty services. i know about that. But REs are meant to be driven bare naked. and Yes, i will look towards the addition of LED bulbs in the indicators, as they quite new now and their intensity is fine so i have decided to keep them, but once they start diminishing i will change them..
