Exhaust is being planned, we chose APR over 034 purely based on my relationship with them, and my ability to get additional support if needed. 034 is equally good, but more USDM focused

@@digvijayjagtap3776 your car will never need extra protection on a stage 2 map. If you want get better 0w20 oil from rowe or amsoil. The engine isn’t designed for 5w30

Doesn't need internals for Stage 3. Can go upto 700hp ish safely with Big Turbo kits and requisite fueling mods.

I think its also because of drivetrain loss … audi being a quattro sends power to all 4 wheels and hence having a bigger difference between bhp and straight out of the engine , you having the advantage of just being fwd. ive seen it happening on cars with almost the same power but when they do a rolling race the awd gets walked over .

no, couldnt find something suitable to cover the pipe. Also its not very noticeable with a DCT. With manual u hear it a LOT more.

@@PrithwiRay i’ve tried it for a week and I have a dct and it works nicely with the automatic mode the manual mode doesn’t sound well but I guess I’ll find ways to cover the pipe. Thanks for this hack my friends loved the sound and they don’t know about this plus i’ve kept a custom downpipe so even the whistle comes well

Lag is not because of launch control. Lag is because the DCT has to drop the clutch after you release the brake pedal - and that takes a split second. You're driving the ZF8 torque converter, which supplies the torque to the wheels as you're brake torquing it. Hence there's no delay whatsoever, regardless of whether you have launch control or not.

Agreed, but even the ZF in the 340i has this lag. It’s just the way LC is programmed. In this car there is no LC so your effectively brake boosting

@@PrithwiRay brake boosting is done in launch control in M340i too. You may have had a one off issue or bogging down after launch if you didn't wait for the boost to build up before releasing the brake. What I'm trying to say is that launch lag is a bug only in dcts, it's never an issue in any TC.

Cheaper to mod the s5 than 340i. Parts cheaper too. 340i is definitely faster in stage 1-2 tunes

@@digvijayjagtap3776 afaik, rS5 has a lower compression so should make more power, but twin turbo setup makes it difficult to do a turbo upgrade. S5 has single turbo so stage 3 upgrades are easier. RS5 will make much more power on stock turbo setup than S5 tho.

Honestly it’s a personal choice. Both are superb cars, while the 340i is more performance out of the box, S5 is more luxury n comfort.

Yes they do. Technically you only need one set, one pin per caliper for this fix. Grease you can get at Skoda dealer

Yes, short answer is you can, long answer is you need EU spec gateway module and wiring harness for cluster.
