wooow 1:07-1:10 was some sick orbiting, was just doing some orbit to next tree orbits on some small trees at the bottom of my estate (midlands) wayyyy too windy rn for such a clean orbit haha i was doing ovals it's so windy and the nanohawk is such a light 1s drone :D

@@yuriy77 both DVR record , but I don’t see an option to get the OSD stats to come out on the video when playing it back off the SD card , how did you get the stats so that everyone can see them when watching the playback

DJI Goggles 2, the DVR (SD Card from the goggles) also saves the OSD.

Working on a 4k video from the VTX at the moment, I found some props that dont deform past 80% throttle. So can now really start to use the 8s build and push its limits :)

That 8s regenerates even when under low throttle. Normally you only really see that on 6s during throttle cuts. seeing the volts go back up slowly even when flying around is weird. 100% do another video with the throttle usage and amps if you can please. Would be interesting to see how close you got to 80% punch on this first flight. Also add your gopro i want to hear the props deform under punch :) Looking forward to seeing you rip this once your comfortable with it :) but i respect 8s is kind of new for us all.

landing at 29v is amazing! damn that looked like such a clean build, did you spray the sov5? what kind of paint did you use please?

@@genericfpv graffti paint :) Lightly sanded the frame. Then primed and then sprayed florescent orange. Stack is conformal coated so logic is drone cant hide in snow or trees now as its a bright color haha. Eaiser to spot.

@@BMFPV i think the 03 camera has a slight wobble so going to redo the tpu mount for the camera. Damn tbs source frame only fits 19mm cam not a 20mm. But its only a slight wobble. My ocd spotted it right away. The quad it self flys great even on the stock bf tune. No issuws there :)

Hiya, i left it on the bf it shipped with. I also returned it, i found the drone had alot of prop wash with any punch out and catches. I was within the 30 days so got a refund and ordered a different drone. My guess is mine was faulty or a poorly tuned.

I need prescription inserts for my walksnail and dji goggles. The bigger FOV means center is clear and edges blurry or edges clear center blurry. My Fatshark HD02 has smaller FOV, so they are crystal clear for me ;) Getting an eye test done then gonna order prescription inserts for both dji and walksnail goggles. Dji fit simple. Walksnail need to be pulled apart.. grr

You cant do a roll or a flip in angle mode. its not possible your max angle is locked. You can only do rolls and flips in Arco/Air or Horizon mode. You can also see Mole levelling the quad out manually when he over rolls/flips or under rolls/flips. so its not Horizon mode being used.

got the same on my quads they are great for finding quads in trees and for chasing too i recommand putting a shrinktube over the leds near the fpv cam so you dont blind yourself :P you can also use a 12V BEC with a control pad so you can turn them on and off

what frame did you use for reframeing? im flying the discus right now and i think its a really good frame for a swaping it with the crux frame

@@MoleFPV i kinda like the lipo on the bottom cause that enables my 3PV mount :D but the crux frame itself sucks thats true i use the discus frame cause its really light but the pirate frame grabbed my attention aswell ^^ i dont like the single standoff in the back tho it makes it harder to mount the antenna and the bigger vtx are not protected by the top/bottom plate

Its the nornal ws wiring so.5v pad, ground pad, then any free rx and tx pad. Super simple setup :)
