Guys most of those players who looking for the "best sens" is never gonna be a better player, they're just shit. Just stick to your sens that's most comfortable for you and go for it. I've been using 1000 dpi 1.8 sens in csgo for 10 years and when we covert it to Valorant it equals 0.71 sens. It just feels perfect after a while after u get used to it. Just cut this changing your settings shit.

Yes if you have something that worked for you for a long time there is no point of changing it since it's all about muscle memory. But this video is aimed at people who start playing and they don't know what works for them. It's a general help video, so they have at least an idea where to start

Not necessarily, the first plant spot is what we call the default plant spot, it generally refers to the safest plant spot on each site that is still somewhat decent. Of course there are better plant spots such as the one shown in the video, but these plant spots usually demand your team to have more control of site. Chose which one to use depending on the scenario in game.

Yes and no. Yes it's safer to plant but you need site control to hold it. But if you have site control why not plant for the more versatile spot next to the wallbangable box

Yes but to hold the spike after plant you need site control. If you have site control you could just plant at the better plant spot
