Brother, you explanations are very appreciative. By far this was one of the better videos I have seen. Great job.

do you think it makes a difference in cutting the wood into 3 individual sheets per shelf? do you think that does eliminate one printer shaking the other printer? i plan on doing 3 A1 combos on one shelf and 3 p1p/p1s on the other shelf. lmk and thanks!

Not sealing the long seam where the duct sections joined together? Also why not use mastic, especially where the 'T' connects to the main trunk. Anywhere you have a joint you have a potential air leak, including returns. I was surprised just how leaky my metal ducting was in my homes crawl space that was built in the late 70s with....nothing was sealed properly. Cleaning it out and using mastic and metal tape to seal worked wonders. Also, insulating the metal ducts insures the temperature of the air you want reaches the supply outlets.

Mastic ('pookie') is the best. Goes on like peanut butter, then dries hard as a rock. Will never peel or unstick like foil tape. I usually just apply with a gloved hand, brushes and things just don't give the same feel.

I love the curve of the box! Such a nice contrast to the square albums. But sadly, you lost me at band saw. I don't have one and it's unlikely I'll get one due to $$$. I still love your work, though!

See this is the same problem I’ve been having as well…. I buy an already made "project panel" from my big box store & no matter what it gets to bowed! And even if it isn’t it will be bowed by the time it gets where it’s going (shipping, different temps/humidity etc etc). Then (especially) if you’re making a framed flag out of it you want it sitting flush to the wall (at least I do anyways) so it actually looks like it’s a framed flag & I don’t want 3/4" or 1/2" braces I had to glue/nail to the back of it just to keep the project panel from being bowed…. Which isn’t bad but it doesn’t resemble/look anything like a framed flag 🖼️🇺🇸 once it’s done! So doing your own panel glue up is the way to go!! Also on another (not so) "pro tip" if you run your V-Carve tool pass over the stars ⭐️ (just the stars ⭐️, not anything else) a second time lowering your depth about .002-.005 thousandths for the 2nd pass those starts will come out looking phenomenal🤩 with no extra sanding/brushing/scraping necessary (At least it has always works out in my cases anyways)! Anyways great video & the flag 🇺🇸 came out looking great! 👍💯🎯

Hi, I have a problem with my prints that occurred out of nowhere, I have a p1s, with 6<months of use, and the issue that I'm having is, that when it comes to print the infill, it does without completing the line, it has little gaps in every line of infill, looks like it's clogged but it's not, I checked several times, I tried recalibrating the printer, flux cal, temps, changed type of infill but the problem persist. I'm pulling my hair out trying to solve this problem but can't find any solution, I've already looked in the wiki, and a couple of people had the same issue but didn't find any solution. The crazy thing is that, bottom and top layers are great, same with walls, it only occurs with the infill

Great video 👍🎉. I tried replacing the hotend on my P1S a few days ago after about 800 print hours. Unfortunately, I wasn’t careful enough when pulling out the thermistor (cable broke), so I had to buy a new thermistor and ceramic heater. Next time, I’ll probably just buy the complete assembly. Do you know how many print hours your hotend lasted?

At the end of the trunk shouldnt you use a reducer to increase static pressure on the last runs? Ive heard for every 400cfm you need to reduce the trunk to allow for better air flow
