Maybe it was the products. My hair and chi products don’t really mix. Your hair turned out great & I don’t think it looks puffy at all. ***I’ve been debating on if I should purchase the Revair… I think you sold me on it.

What settings do you use? I have a rev air and it’s been making my hair a little hard. I use 7 for tension and the high heat setting. My hair is thick.

Try using the low heat setting for your initial “pass”, comb or brush your hair to remove any lingering knots and then finish with the high heat. I found that when I go In immediately with the high heat my hair doesn’t have enough pliability and feels stiff

Girl, I don’t trust people with my hair either. I ONLY get my hair trimmed professionally (I don’t trust myself to do so), but other than that, I don’t let anyone do my hair. The perks are me learning my hair & saving money. Tfs.
