@@EvonywithRamboo the only reason I'm hesitant is because this guy reminds me a bit of Washington Prime. They release a new general with game breaking march size, and then the next two mounted generals had 15% march size in their 4th specialty. If I invest heavily in this guy as my assistant, and then they release a ranged general with a ton of march size specifically in his specialties, I'm going to be ticked, lol. For a main I'm using Merlin. I will have him awakened sometime in the next week or so (once I have the BoA). And I really like Merlin, but if they do follow up Sidney with more ranged generals with huge March Size in their specialties, I'm going to seriously have to consider replacing Merlin. ...and that would suck. I am just now getting him awakened, lol.

​@@craenor So I pondered this same thing, but even though Polo, Prime and Cheng all have ridiculous march size, without checking, I think Polo is 29%(?), the new range guy is 32% (18 from ascension, 6 on 2nd and 8 in covenant). Cheng is the biggest at 39 (?) But he can't use attack book and get significantly less attack than Polo so I believe, according to some spreadsheets I have seen, that Polo/Prime is slightly better. For all that, I said screw it and got the 16 copies. I figure anything over 30% is a solid general for a while (unless you're a whale upgrading for every small increase). Hope all that helps.

@ I mean you’re choosing 25% mount attack book over the generals 45% base attack stat so by doing it your way you’re losing attack buffs. That’s why I brought it up. Assuming you want to use Marco Polo main and the new Cav Gen as assistant. But if that’s not the combo you want then forget my comment haha

I get your point, and you're not wrong, but I have felt like the Senate needed (and maybe still needs) more ways to be developed than just as place to stick retired generals or covenant generals.
