Fantastisch! Tot eind 2019 had ik een geldig PPL. Ben ooit (zomer 1973) begonnen met zweven bij de buren op Terlet, via scholierencursus. Advies aan alle piloten: Stop nooit vrijwillig met vliegen, want dat maakt je niet gelukkiger!

Tja. daar kunnen we wel een boom over opzetten. maar als je een keer zelf hebt gevlogen... voor de meesten is het wel een DING! Ik heb er nog steeds lol in. TMG ben ik wel mee gestopt door interne maatschap oorzaken. Zweven , ja graag nog een tijdje doorgaan

@@miata86 HELE GOEDE !! Ehhhh remkleppen om de daalhoek te bepalen zie je allee in zweefkisten. en motorkisten kunnen het profiel aanpassen dmv flaps. langzamer vliegen meer lift. en bij hogere snelheden flaps up een slanker profiel minder weerstand.

It was shown in slow motion. real speed landing 80-90 kmh. Looks so nice this way. Also a video of an AHS 26 I think real nice

Si tratta di un telaio in tubi d'acciaio costruito a triangoli e ricoperto di lino (o plastica) che viene reso antivento. Le ali sono principalmente in legno, abilmente costruite anch'esse a triangoli per distribuire in modo ottimale tutte le forze. Forte e leggero allo stesso tempo!

In the Netherlands and more countries, an ?? catched ?? landing is best. This catched means that the tail - wheel or no wheel - touches the ground first and so acts a bit like an anchor, pulling the plane straight down the track. The taildragger. This is not for the feeling the smoothest landing. In France, landings are much more approached. Tail and main wheel on the ground at the same time. This feels smoother, but obviously does not make the aircraft come straight into track and there may be a traversed landing ( skewed longitudinally ). Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

NOPE - you keep your speed ( nose down) until one meter - 3 feet above the ground, then level, rien the energy and touchdown.

@ juist! Dat was mijn andere keuze. Ik zat vroeger als kind complete weekenden op de Heide te kijken naar het opstijgen (met de winch) en het landen. Kon er geen genoeg van krijgen!
