If you mix carob bean pods with honey it tastes like chocolate but its very high in minerals and the right kinds of proteins. If you live in a dry region that only freezes every so often you could plant carob trees and end world hunger. They live hundreds of years and never need any care .

Not acquainted with him but have explored the Ethiopian Bible, which has many other books, and the Ethiopian church has a large collection of apocryphal books as well.

Anyone randomly dropping by a video here probably has little exposure to this rare eastern path called Sant Mat. Those who pay attention to what's offered here know they can be directed to one who teaches the meditation practice, what we call "initiation" done by a living master. Only those who adhere to certain ethical standards and receive the proper instructions get to learn the practice if it is meant for them. When the student is ready, the teacher will appear, as the saying goes. You seem to be following a lot of Catholic channels. I''m sure they too must have their traditions of contemplation, their ways of doing things, and only under the guidance of a spiritual director or abbot do they get to proceed to developing a practice. That's certainly the approach in Eastern Orthodoxy, a form of Christianity that has managed to hang onto some of it's mystical tradition. This is not merely about relaxation response type generic new age meditation. Rather, it is a portal to the Divine, the ascension of the soul within ("the Kingdom of God within you") and a way of life in the outer world. It's not a path that most wish to follow. At the same time there is no money to pay, no organization to join, no new religion that one must convert to, and in that sense it's much easier for the spiritual seeker to partake of than converting to Catholicism, Islam, Sikhism, etc...

Thank you from Brasil... You know i got caught up in rabbit holes of consoiracy theories and what you said about the real conspiracy being the distractions that sabotage one from getting initiated... At times the world feels too dark specially during this dark age... but the knowledge of the inner light and sound gave me peace, now I must put it into practice.
