Hello everyone I just come across this news in free newspaper 📑 Meath’s No 1 Newspaper ❤I read about Jonathan Doherty cardiac arrest. He is 43 full of life and a beautiful family. May God bless you Jonathan live every single moment as a gift of life 🙏❤️ Myself in May 13 2022 I had a cardiac arrest but thank God I was in AE in Connoly hospital Blancherstown. I was waiting to get a bed in Laurel ward that what I had been told because I don’t remember 😢after the cardiac arrest I was in coma 4 days and am still recovering ❤ . Thank you for Check Call Compress you are a lifesaver and I will post this news in my Facebook ❤❤❤

I had hypertension and took medication to keep it for just two many years, however I began utilizing this blood pressure plan , Notovα Shocking Plan that I uncovered on Go ogle a few weeks back. A doctor has verified it too. Really dont need to take the dr ugs in the past prescribed to me.

All this time, , Notovα Shocking Plan (Go ogle it) is the better fix for men and women getting blood pressure level issue. Simple vocabulary is used to write it, meaning you`ll be able to completely understand and perform. Folks who are ill-fated to have high blood pressure should have this guide. I lowered my blood pressure level beneath 120/80 putting into practice this plan..

Generally I think they say go down about 2 inches, not that you would be measuring but that gives you an idea. If you do go too hard and break a rib, well better that they are alive and recovering from a broken rib than being dead.
