I think the Sandpoint Idaho Amtrak Station is special because it’s the only active passenger train station in the state of Idaho.

I love this breakdown and demo! Especially the emphasis on rotation, with chest and shoulders starting perpendicular to the net. I seem to see this rarely. I think that a difficulty with teaching how the whip-like transfer of energy travels up the body, from the trunk to the upper arm, then to the forearm, and thence to wrist is that a volleyball cannot be grabbed by most hands, and must be cradled and pushed with a stiff arm to keep it from rolling off the fingers. When loosening up before actually smacking a ball in warmup, I tried to find a smaller, rather soft ball of some kind to grab and throw at the net or the wall.

Just used this drill with our 5th graders. Great way to introduce hitting!

I went down to share Panhandle Health CV & South Dakota Health department info only to find our free speech was being censored. It was interesting comparing CV Health results for Panhandle Health & North Dakota (which was never on lock down with no mask mandates). The death % compared to population were BOTH .001. 30 deaths in the panhandle, all over 60 years old with majority 80-90 years. Theses professionals are giving us the worse case scenario. Are we free Americans or do we belong to the CCP? I DO NOT CONSENT! Masks are quickly contaminated. Read one report when we exhale, we release 2700 toxins, ie germs bacteria's etc. So imagine how quick the mask fills with moisture and toxins which people will breath in over & over. One day we will see what a huge mistake this was. Long term effects of wearing masks all day, day in & day out is not yet known. I WILL NOT CONSENT! i'll keep my distance from those living in fear, but I will not live with a petri dish across my face.
