Nice ride man! SUch trails is free to go in CA? i m in europe and interesting to ask What bike btw? do you recommend emtb?

Thanks! This one is unfortunately not free, however, you can check my other videos for trails around socal that are free 😁 I ride an XC bike with 100mm of travel so I mostly ride blue and green trails with occasional black trails, EMTBs are definitely suited for Sky Park because there’s no chairlift and everyone has to climb all the way to the top.

I know the trail you marked DG very well. What does DG stand for? I thought it was named for the collapsed water or fuel tank.

Nobody from our group knows why it was named DG 😅

@@JustAddTrail If you ever see the guys that work on the trails, have a list of questions ready to go. One trail volunteer mentioned Hot Flash and the story was that one of the older guys had his girlfriend with the work crew and he ended up wrestling with her. Somehow the trail was named from that incident.

Do you know the date of this upload? There is one crossing that is normally dry (at 8:25) but this year water is still flowing in September. Normally we have rain somewhere in November through February but it looks like it came and came strong after this video.
