Ive been to at least 25 different stadiums here and some of the small stadiums are uniquely brilliant, dont know why, just character. Personal faves are inverness, brechin and my fave was the old love st paisley. ( ST.Mirrens old ground ), mostly for memories there with friends and family some no longer with us.👌

I agree with you. Ajax and Feyenoord should have 70.000 capacity stadium. AJAX 70000 FEYENOORD 65000 - 70000 PSV 45000 - 50000 TWENTE 35000 - 40000 GRONINGEN 28000 - 32000 HEERENVEEN 30000 Vitesse 26000 NAC BREDA - 22000 - 24000 GO AHEAD EAGLES - 15000 WILLEM - 18000 It would be great if the Netherlands would host the Euro with Belgium again. The Best Euro was in 2000. The football was much better than nowadays.

@@jan04044 De Kuip en Arena zijn grote stadions, maar niet groot genoeg. En tijdens interlands eigenlijk altijd ruim uitverkocht.. met 20000 extra stoelen zou je de boel nog steeds kunnen vullen.. en al helemaal als het stadion in het midden van het land ligt. Een soort Wembley/Stade de France/Olympia Stadion is wat we nodig hebben

@@Jaaman54 i always found it weird that we don’t have a national nutral stadium in the Netherlands. Even Belgium have one! I think for a big dutch club like Feyenoord or Ajax this small country a capacity of max 55.000 is more than enough . We need a national 3 ring stadium with a cap of 65.000 and a closed roof. But in the end Feyenoord needs a new stadium but just with a cap of 55.000 allot of business units and seats so they can earn some money. For the natuonal team an cup finals we have that national stadium . As a Feyenoord fan i hate it that they kept de kuip so nutral. Nothing ar the stadium says it’s Feyenoord. The seats are blue . No letters on the stands. No logo’s. They have it like this because in the past they had european finals. Concerts …. And for the national team and the cup final. They kept it nutral. So that others feel themselves welcome… and not the feeling that they are in a Feyenoord house. In the end the national team almost always plays in the arena. There are no concerts And no european finals. Just the cup final

@@JeanRoos-m6o no it’s not. The stadium itself is exact the same as most stadiums in holland. They only keep space between the stands. For that castle. But the stadim itself is just the same one in a dosin . Like nec.. ado.. az.. rkc…. All the same model

@@patriktoth9067 it’s not allowed any to build your stadium with only a steal construction and overhanging rings. The rings most stand behind each nowadays. I do believe that de kuip is done… we need a new one. There is no future for de kuip if Feyenoord wants to grow and have more succes.. everyone is improving their homes. Or have plans for it. Feyenoord and the city Rotterdam are stuck with de kuip. The stadium did allot of beautyfull things in history for Feyenoord and Rotterdam. But now it’s holding them back. Rotterdam is the biggest port of europe. A city like that need a modern big and luxury stadium. And if Feyenoord wants to stay in the top 3 of The Netherlands and keep playing in europe that they need that step forward .

I've been to all of these grounds except Gateshead, they might be small and aged but "real" fans go there every week and there's not a prawn sandwich in sight. ❤

What a shit video. Typical Yank, with little knowledge. Many of these grounds are still relatively new and modern. So many lower league stadiums could have replaced these newer ones.

Why can't yanks pronounce words properly. Our ground (Stourbridge) has a capacity of 2,300 and it hosts cricket also. The . Victoria Ground has a capacity of way over 1,000 also Bromsgrove Rovers now called Bromsgrove Sporting play at the ground NOT Droitwhich Spa.

no the UNESCO piece is much closer to the City Centre, specifically the Three Graces of Liver Building, Cunard Building and Customs House. There have been multiple new buildings built around them e.g Merseytravel HQ, The Museums, and Art Gallery plus Liverpool One and new Hotels
