you can't have freedom in a pandemic. We know now this covid wasn't as bad as told but as a matter of practice you cannot have free movement in a pandemic. What if we had another black plague? We would want to be contact traced. Under any circumstances try to bring food of a certain type or pets into Australia and see what happens. We have governors in Australia who perform a different function to premiers

Don’t agree with the regulations. Also don’t like these very large sloops. The loads just get too big.

The “Skipper” was NOT acting as a skipper. Decisions were made as a group, not by Skipper, who was not involved in setting up the preventer, and after it was all said and done, said she did not even know how they set it up and was not consulted.

I know for a fact that people have fallen out of their beds and died while sleeping. Beds are dangerous. Noone should sleep on anything higher than a blanket. Beds are dangerous. Regulate bed hights to less than 1 inch. It will save lives.

Not at all about protecting people but simply the same old power grabbing and pushing their overreach hopefully unnoticed or unchallenged.

This vessel foundered due to multiple gybes because no-one was able to get to the helm. That seems to be the problem. As captain, I make sure that there is always someone at the helm to respond to emergencies.

I can't accept criticism of that yard, We had a GREAT experience there!!!!!!!!!I had a great time at that boat yard and we really like Michael the owner, I think he is a trustworthy guy, that's my experience of Michael, very professional. In addition, he takes in many people who would find it hard to get into a yard, also, he is a good operator. You are in Darwin in the outback, in a very isolated place and the tides are six metres, you need to show the river at six metres high. you should raise your concerns to Michael directly . It's not hard to change a through hull fitting. this is basic maintenance. Also we were Able to leave our car there for the most of a year , we can only support Michael, he is a terrific bloke and I highly recommend this yard. best yard in Darwin for maintenance if you want to do the work yourself. Perhaps if your improve your communication and easy going skills you would get along better with the Territorians. They just want you to be honest because they are honest people. We lifted out our cat, no problems and nil damage, That place is quite acceptable and really helpful I thought. and the right price and they don't rip you off for anything. And they supply the best anti fouling for the tropics, go with Michaels recommendation. no one bothers you at that yard, it's a good do it yourself yard. I you want a luxury yard go find one, this yard is a working boat yard... a commercial yard...its a working industrial place, its not for soft cocks. did you go out of your way to be a friendly person with a good manner, or did you go in demanding. Because those people there are very knowledgeable. They take in the stray cats of boat people and the hopeless and good natured and those with fewer resources of cash. and I have found them to be good. Sandflies aren't the boat yards fault it's next to a river in Darwin in the Northern Territory and guess what.....sandflies are every bloody where. it's the tropics. I bet that someone got into the water with the crocodiles to make Sure your straps were in the right place for the hoist, they did with us, and I appreciate the effort,

In this part of our country it's a bit wild and wooly, it was always a place that people running from the law or debt or family or trying to flee their crazy mind, yeah some people believe their unhinged thinking is caused by their surroundings. I was up there as a young 18 year old in the late 70s early 80s and it was like the wild west

Typical nz one dipshit makes a mistake and it becomes opportunity for the gov to impose regulations and fees and keep their foot on our heads. While they won't address the real problems of the people because it cost money and not make a quick buck.

Can you please take down this video. I’ve been to Methuselah prior to you revealing and after. The damage you’ve done by revealing the location is real. People are climbing down towards its root system. You’re revealing the location because of your ego and the likes. You’re also destroying the tree. The damage you’ve done is real.

But Indonesia literally is on the Australian tectonic plate. That’s literally how continents are defined. That’s like saying North American is only usa. Like Canada, Mexico, Guatemala El Salvador, Nicaragua Panama literally exists. Continents are more than just culture. Their blend of culture

I just did this today and it kicked my ass royally. I was training before I went here but apparently it was not good enough unfortunately I did not make the damn summit. I’m so disappointed in myself. I missed it by 750 feet by the time I got there I was so nauseated and gassed I just couldn’t make it. I knew that if I push myself that hard I wouldn’t of been able to get down lol cause I barely made it down three solid hours of pure torture going down those hills. I was so mad. I’ve never wanna see another rock again in my life.

wow... such insensitive comments on here. wow. Question: If this were your loved ones who died in this disaster, would you be making these same comments? No? Then please say something either construction and/or informative or STFU. Using the argument fallacy of relative privation (talking about other causes of death eg. KFC 🙄) is inbecilic. insensitive comments on here show how much you value the lives of others. No one on here commented on how sad this disaster was. Not one. What does that say about you?
