This info is in the manual. For wood stud, says drill 3 pilot holes using 5/32” (4mm) diameter drill bit. Make sure depth is not less than 2 and 3/4 inches (70mm).

My stud is exactly center of my desired mounting location. Could I use two lag screws into that stud using the top and bottom center holes on the wall bracket, and then use toggles on the sides? I have a 50" Samsung.

Yes, if your tv vesa is within 200x200mm, you can use it without the extender brackets.

How do you tilt the tv forward? I threw away the installation manual and can’t find it online. I bought this exact unit and it’s super strong. I have a 59” Samsung Plasma 7000D about 65-70 lbs. I was able to install this and hang the TV by myself. I spent a lot of time preparing though. Think it through. I would totally recommend. But please, if you can tell me how to do the tilt part I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

Hi, thanks for your question. Normally, you can directly adjust the tilting angle by hand. If it's too tight for you to adjust by hand, you can loosen the screws on the back of the tv plate. If you need the instruction manual, please feel free to contact us at [email protected]

@@robelady7712 Thank you for the response! I ended up getting a whole different setup for my TV with a base stand with a floating mount attached (Whalen 3-in-1), just in case I wanted to move the TV to a different side of the room.

Do I need to use the VS pattern extenders my TV is so small it doesn't look like it needs it. Also do I need special screws the ones provided does not look correct for my 32 inch fire TV

It’s hilarious, the long M8 screws are too long or the or the spacers are too long or too little. Orrrr the small m8 is too short. This is infuriating.

Hello, you can set the playback speed in the settings which is in the lower right corner of the video, there are 0.25, 0.5, 0.75 times speed.

Thank you for your purchase! PISF1 sitting just 2.2" from the wall and can be extended 14.5” from the wall.

Sorry for the delay reply, you just need drill 4 pilot holes using a 7/32 in(5.5 mm) diameter drill bit.

There are 2 methods for mounting, 1 for studs and 1 for concrete block. What if you have drywall on top of concrete block? I.e. our home has drywall (with a small gap between the drywall and concrete block) on the walls which are adjacent to being outside. Which method should be used for mounting?
