Why isnt that area protected? There should not be hunters in there. Also danger for humans from stray bullets etc.

It's not very often I run across a snake in the swamps around Pensacola. Jones Swamp Preserve is about 1700 acres surrounded by suburbia..People needs to get out more.

Wow I never thought about how different deer thorough out the US go into hard antler at different times. Our deer here in Texas loose velvet mid to Late September. When is the rut there typically? Ours here in NC Texas us usually the 2nd week of November.
