Good discussion on MoP and managing benefits. Really enjoyed the mini quizzes on my recent MoP course and wish the benefits courses had them too. They're good knowledge checks. Like how clear the guides are; halfway through 3rd edition Managing Benefits guide - it's a great resource.

Does Rafel have a definition that is "ready to share" for an XLA (eXperience Level Agreement)?
@rafaczarny4112
@rafaczarny4112 Ай бұрын
Hi @garrieirons! I have one definition that speaks to my heart :) It is: The Experience Level Agreement (XLA) is a formalised agreement that focuses on measuring and ensuring the quality of the user experience taking into account the emotional and experiential aspects of service delivery. The main idea behind XLA is to align IT services and business processes with the end-user experience, creating a more user-centric approach to service management.

Excellent discussion with a great topic. Both Steven Jenner and Richard Pharro are great at their craft. Just waiting for the books to be delivered to start working with the new Managing Portfolios and APMG

Love the straight-forward (so often overlooked/complicated) approach of Bev's 'simple' 'pragmatic' 'connected' approach to being a successful change manager.

Let me ask the audience the following question. Imagine the following: the panellists have applied for a job, you are the interviewers, based on the Q&As, who would be the person you would offer a job? This video should start with a reference to another video that provides a roadmap on what the Change Management is, how it differs from Change Leadership, how it works in the Traditional vs Lean/System driven paradigm, how it works in different industries, and probably a hundred more relevant questions that indicate important variables and how they affect the orchestration of change. You will be ready for the role of a Change Manager once you own your knowledge. In the meantime google search for "owning the problem" or "problem ownership" and understand it really well. Then, do another search "startup mentality" and understand it really well. Hopefully, your view on the world will be enriched with energy, courage, motivation, clarity, drive etc. Share your findings with people around you. What do they say or feel?

Watch it the second time, still love it because of the simplicity. Tell the simple truth, tell the truth simply. 👍👍👍👍👍 All government with a sense of responsibilities should answer all these questions for themselves before expending huge amount of tax payer's money.

Thank you for this very engaging session. I enjoyed every minute. I am a finance professional currently studying change management and this taught me a lot about what to expect. One suggest for a future panel could be discussing what was a challenging situation and how did the organisation overcome that particular change challenge.
