This relationship is so violent, cruel and toxic. Just imagine this happening to you in real life, would you prefer this scenario? Would you prefer your brother or son going through same physical and psychological abuse? Pete could have died. Not to mention having Stockholm Syndrome 😢 Having said that, I loved their love story (movie-wise) and chemistry was fire and honestly I only watched this series because of Vegas and Pete, and was so happy to see their happy ending ❤ My mind says it’s bad, but my heart roots for them completely, can’t help it 😅

Yes it's sad but pete is such a emotional character it's crazy to feel emotional attachment to your abuser. Vegas wanted love, he understood it and thought he can save him. After he came back he wasn't old pete, he regreted loving someone like vegas but he is a poor soul he tries to understand him without considering himself

He liked Vegas before he was captured. He knew how cruel Vegas can be and had experienced it after he got caught and yet he sympathised with Vegas story because he experienced abuse from his father as well. When Vegas was treating him better and made him dependant on him, Stockholm Syndrome hit him. Hate the way Kinn forgot about him and the others pretending nothing happened aside from Porche who obviously can guess what's happening. And Porche betrays him by letting Vegas meet him. That's what happened. Like bruh.... Porche? Seriously?

@@Sreelakshmi-kk1no Did you even watch it? He brings Pete out because Vegas wanted to see him. After Porche slapped Vegas he told Vegas that he had did what he could(to bring Pete out of the house) and that it's up to Vegas what he wanted to do. Although strongly implying that Vegas should not hurt Pete again of suffer consequences but Porche is the one bringing the victim out knowing the abuser is there waiting.

Theory. Vegas was emotionally dependent on his father, so he couldn't resist when Korn abused him. On the other hand, Pete was becoming equally emotionally dependent on Vegas, falling for him and getting abused the same way - the energy was getting transferred; only exception being Pete able to talk back and control Vegas. I think this is what Vegas started loving in Pete : that he has a voice and personality of his own, doesn't have anger issues and is composed despite getting treated inhumanely. Vegas knew this was the one who'll fix him.
