@@eydimartinez2142 we know and understand why. We published this video 2 years ago with clips from 2021 when we were living in Madrid. The Catalan government is now doing more to curb tourism, but not enough.

@@harryecommerce3917 we are unsure . We don’t want to misguide you, so I suggest asking a professional. You might have to pay to get correct information. We think you submit form SS-4 and put nonapplicable, “foreign/none”. But again, we are not sure.

This video is very informative, well delivered, and for a sort of mundane topic, is really interesting. My understanding is that HYSAs aren’t for everybody. For example, a person like myself, a retired person, with an investment portfolio, it’s hard to see an advantage to an HYSA. My IRAs and mutual funds, are managed to allow easy access. So i can make immediate withdrawals with no penalty. And I’m earning at least a 6- 7% yield. Are there other factors to be considered, that might persuade me to consider an HYSA?

@@jeffshepherd3988 well said! And thanks for the compliment. Your reasoning is very good. The only reason why you might want a HYSA is if too much of your money is in a checking account and/or savings account and you just want to diversify.

Is there only one beach there? And do you have to pay for every single item like in Italy as in paying for sugar, paying to go to the washroom, paying to sit down, paying more to sit down in a spot with a good view, etc.?

There are multiple beaches. Our long form video shows a clip of another beach and I think lists the names of other beaches: kzbin.info/www/bejne/eaWolXmGi7KXmKc around the 4:50 min mark. You don´t have to pay for sugar in Barcelona (or any part of Spain) and tap water is free and safe to drink (although it tastes a little funny in Barcelona and the waiters will forget to offer it to you). I have never had to pay to use a restroom anywhere in Spain and I´ve toured most of the country and lived in Spain twice. Like Italy, it costs more to sit at the terrace vs. inside vs. the bar. There is a little charge added onto your bill depending on where you sit. Bar is cheapest, then inside, then terrace is most expensive. Barcelona charges more to see their attractions compared to Madrid. I talk about that in the video I linked in th is comment.

This sorry state of affairs is due to individual and compounding failures from a number of organisations, including one called ‘The RNLI’ (whose main role these days is to facilitate crime). The State Department needs to issue a travel warning for London. But please do visit the rest of the beautiful U.K., where you will get a much warmer - and safer - welcome.

I closed my account 2 years ago, so I don´t know what the options look like now. You are saying there is no way to cancel your subscription? I would do everything and anything you can to block payments. I am unsure if deleting the app deletes everything. I doubt it because there is a web version. Even after I cancelled my subscription and closed my account, Acorns still deducted money monthly. I had to write to them with proof that I had closed the account and cancelled the subscription to get them to stop. They stopped, finally, about a month after I sent them the proof. I had also elected to have all the funds in my acorn account deposited into my checking. Even after I did that, they continued to deduct fees each month. Eventually it stopped after I raised hell. I do not trust Acorns and I don´t think you should either. Please keep us updated on how it goes. I am considering doing a video on the unethical practices of Acorns.

That's what we were afraid of. The seller wanted to wait until Monday to think about it. We thought the seller was trying to buy himself more time to wait to see if a higher offer came in. I think the seller was trying to say he wanted to meet in person the upcoming week. We were traveling to and from Miami though so we were afraid the sellers stalling would cause us to lose the deal.

You will receive the certificate from the state. I think I downloaded it? I can´t remember. But those notices are private companies who have no authority and are trying to look official, with some even trying to look like they are government or State of Florida. They have deadlines and some are meant to look like bills. I think we should report these companies to the State and the Better Business Bureau.
