I used to be a Happy Planner lady ❤ not anymore, Erin Condren is my go to now because i do not like the discs i love the coiled ❤ i do use the happy planner sticker books 📚 love them ❤ great video ❤

Try putting just one positive thing in a specific notebook or add a bible promise. It will remind you that you have good things happening and writing it down will reinforce the positive.

Girl you and I are kindred spirits. I can completely relate in some respects to your brothers passing (which I’m so sorry to hear) I went through a period of great loss. I had 26 losses in a 6 year period (both my parents aunts uncles etc the hardest one was my best friend so I know those moments. On a brighter side I did get to be a Dj for a 10 year span! It was amazing! Couldnt believe I got paid to help people party! (Best job ever!) plus I have a little skater/Emo rockabilly retro girl living inside me so i totally love your vibe. Anyways great flip through and love the deeper explanation. ❤

My condolences for your losses. 🥹💐 After my brother passed, it’s been many other family members as well. I recently lost my grandfather in August 2024. My brother was like my twin. I allowed myself to cry yesterday because I tend to stuff my feelings down. You have to give me DJ’ing tips! That’s awesome. 🤩 Is it too late to learn how to skateboard at 42? Lol! Thank you! I have 2 planners that hold 3 different planners.. so I guess I have 6. Both planners has 4 months...one planner has wellness, scripture writing (using a topical plan) and guided happy journal. The other one holds dashboard catch all, school planners for my son and daughter and goals guided journal. I also use an A5 sterling ink and a separate bible study coiled planner. I love the original horizontal layout...I hope that go back to it. A writing journal is auch a great idea. Thanks for sharing❤

@jenvibesonly I have always kept a planner. When I was younger I had a pocket calendar. I got into the the happy planner 2018. My first happy planner was a horizontal. The dashboard layout is my favorite. My son is in 6th and my daughter is in the 11th grade. They definitely have more going on than myself...lol.

@@jenvibesonly I know what you mean about having something but just not wanting to use it… I feel that same way about my classic happy note stargazer that had sort of the reddish cover. I sold my first one back in 2018, then later regretted it and then bought a second one from someone else for more than I sold my first one from lol. But I don’t think I’m in a part with it until… Until… Until I don’t know when. If I ever do sell it, I’ll probably combine it with my one and only Happy box I’ve ever bought which was the stargazer Happy box. Still sitting in a closet wrapped in its original box, but I take it out every now and then and look at it and that gives me enough joy so it’s worth keeping it. Ignoring all the anti-clutter video advice on something like this :-)

You’d be surprised what’s out there! I found a ton of cover variations on Poshmark and Mercari. I just found one of my favorite Rongrong covers in a mini. But I’m proceeding with caution lol…I’m focusing on my budget in 2025. Moving into my low-buy era lol 😆

If goals scare you, you need to look into implementing systems instead of goals. It was life changing for me and you don’t feel like a failure if you don’t hit a goal. So instead of saying I will read one book a month, you can say I am going to read as much as I can when I get into bed. You will probably end up reading more than one book a month without the pressure. Read atomic habits to learn about this.

I’m sort of like that too. Systems are more amenable In fact, my inner rebel really, really distances from the word “goal” in general. 0:46 I realize I’m sort of going off on a woo hoo type of tangent, but suffice it to say that works well for me is to instead have a word of the year and then just keep that word in mind as I pursue my…, “intended results” 😂. For 2024, my word of the year was emerge. Which may not sound that intentional, but when I apply the word to emerge as it applies to revealing myself from unnecessary habits, unnecessary weight, unnecessary critical thoughts, unnecessary clutter, etc.

Hi! I don’t know if you watched my channel earlier this year but I was all over the place with my planners. I couldn’t decide on a size or layout to accommodate all the things lol. So, I switched things up a lot. Which is okay. I learn best by trial and error. For now, I plan to use this just this one transformer planner for 2025. I have never done journaling before, and when the first video showed up in my feed with someone talking while decorating her journal for September, I was instantly memorized. I come from the generation of the extremely functional DayTimer planners. The only time a different color showed up in my old planner was when I used a pencil instead of a pen to write with, or the occasional drop off coffee on a page. A short while ago Hobby Lobby had a great sale on all things Happy Planner, so I bought my very first one, along with a sticker book (florals) and some additional sheets of paper. They were already very picked over by the time I got there, but I'm pleased with what I was able to buy at 40% off! I'm a Bible study person and I bought the planner to help me organize the sermon notes and studies I am doing. I have separate college ruled spiral bound notebooks that I use and I have one notebook per pastor/teacher. I was looking for something to help me keep track of what I'm doing and in which notebook I'm doing it in! I am also going to use the calendar pages for keeping track of appointments and birthdays. I'm a woman in my mid 70's and on a fixed income so getting a haul is not something I am able to do. Instead, I watch all of the creative people on KZbin and live vicariously through them. I never know ahead of time what I'm doing for the incoming year. Lately, I've been testing all kinds of planners, trying to see where my interest will ultimately take me. I've been leaning towards a big HP, but then I'm enjoying planning in a notebook, so there's that. 😂

i have had several mamograms, its simple it only hurts for a sec. just relax as she is taking pics you will be fine. you can't use deodorant. all you do is take your top and bra off you can keep rest on. it only takes a few minutes. anymore advice let me know. im here for ya.
