Hi Kelly!!! Thank you so much for reaching out with your question!! The great news about my online training course is 100% online and self paced!! So you can go as slow or fast as you wish!! And I would like to believe it is not hard to follow at all, I have it all broken up into chapters and sections to make it as easy to follow as possible. My course is approximately 8 hours of core training and then 5-6 hours of bonus training. Most students finish training in about a week, some take a month or two to complete-- it all depends on your learning style.
