Fishcer is teh best there ever wa. if he had not just stoped playing (due to him being a very bizaree person), he would have dominated forever proof. he played Boris Spasky again in 1993 in a game to 10 points, spassky was still a top 30 or 40 chess player in the world. , bobby had not played in over 20 years and absolutely demolished him

This is showing Bobby Fisher had a 100+ ELO over the 2nd place individual two years in a row. This seems beyond impressive compared to the rest of the timeline, but I am no chess expert. Can any chess experts weigh in to correct me (not really an impressive feat) or give context on how impressive of an accomplishment it was? At the highest level on the world stage I would expect competition to be relatively close.

Fischer was most ahead of his competition compared to other champs. More than 100 elo difference with the #2 is crazy. I believe if Fischer was in his prime today and mentally healthy that he would beat Carlsen.

What is the history of chess? Legend has it that chess was invented around 200 B. C. by a commander, Hán Xin, who invented the game as a battle simulator. Soon after winning the battle, the game was forgotten, but it resurfaced in the 7th century. For the Chinese, Chess was invented by the mythical Emperor Shennong or by his successor, Huangdi. The game is recognized to have originated in India and was considered a simulator of the battlefield? The 16th century is recognized as the start of the origin of the game that is seen today. This game has rules. One very interesting rule that is dismissed to try and control the forced open is the rule that the queen must move one parsec before coming in direct line with the other players peice. As is why the queens bishop's pawn is a common opening move to move the queen as least one parsec. Passing and trapping is a rule that is commonly disregarded. Forcing the open is another rule that seem to not be applicable. The king not being able to move at least one parsec is mate, is another rule that is dismissed. The rules have logical course and do make sense for a battlefield simulator but for some reason those that suggest they be some kind of master don't understand rules. The computer doesn't follow any rules. Wouldn't appear those masters do either. The rules apply to a battlefield simulation and in the 16th century the simulator that was chess, may have been a good learning tool. Today all it is is removed of rules that are for a logical course in the game and is controlled by a poorly written computer program. Fungus of the mungus. You are not that good or you would advocate rules that do exist and understand the logic behind the rules of the game as well as the origin. It is a poor simulation in this day and age.
