Aside from number one I don't understand anyone else. As an example of a common trope...People keep citing Cecil in the top strongest. I love Cecil, don't get me wrong...But he's not even the strongest character in his own games. If you take away his equipment he's a bottom tier character. So, I don't know. I feel like people are using weird feelings (like Luneth? Bartz?) to put people at the top, with no research.

I'm surprised to see Kei Ibuchi here, especially above... well everyone he's above. He didn't seem to me like much, just a guy with a gun. A lot like Terada/Kim, basically a yakuza politician. Honestly I'd put the Y2 dual-pipe wielding dude above both. And I'd put Tanimura a lot higher for solo-ing a whole task force. Maybe right above Akiyama. Also Kiryu had no problem taking on BOTH Tanimura and Akiyama at the same time. They're great, don't get me wrong, but not even close to the likes of Mine, Daigo and even Kido, who Akiyama himself calls a monster. Kido just didn't have the chance to shine against someone as strong as Saejima. But damn, I'd say he's the stronger one between himself and Arai. Even if Arai is his aniki. We got the same top 3 though, these guys are the absolute powerhouses of the series. Please, no need to get mad, I'm not trying to diss the video, nor the maker's opinions.
