Because mustang is like a tractor 🚜 inside and outside. BMW is a low quality all over not to mention esthetic. But this, this is a masterpiece ( If I would get one it'll be minimum 450 or amg) first of its kind, 2 other cupe models are discontinued over this. So I'd bet this will also retain price and possibly become a new classic down the road. AMG version most definitely.

@regnorum i dissgree that the latest 2024 mustang is like a tractor... it's actually pretty nice for half the price! and it would smoke the benz in any non amg version. i do agree that the benz is MUCH better, but neither are 911s thus at the end of the day you buy them for image, and the benz does not give you a twice-as-expensive vibe over the 2024 mustang

@dolarizacionenaccion790 well ok I have to admit that 2024 mustang is WAY better then previous one. But no it would not smoke 450 with V6 380 HP 0-60 in 4 sec. But regardless of who would be faster or smoke other I was talking about overall experience. The full package. And yes of course you buy this type of cars partially for them being status symbol. Tbh I'm in love with this CLE. I hope I'll be able to get one by the end of this year. I'm back to Europe after being for 10 years in States. I liked Mustang 2018 but what ruined it for me is rentals. Every fkn rental agency have hundreds of these. So whenever I see mustang ( i lived in Miami) I think rental right away. Here in Europe is a different. So here owning Mustang would be nice.

@@regnorum The Mustang GT Premium with the 5.0 V8 produces over 500 hp, so it would smoke a regular CLE. And you can find them new for 41.000 The issue with the CLE will be the price: the base one will be at least 70.000 in the US, before basically any options. Tick the boxes and you are with an anemic inline 4 with turbos for over 80.000! Go for the 6 cilinders and you are close to 90.000. The AMG 53 and 63 will touch and pass 100.000! It's a pretty penny!

@@regnorumi have to cut in, BMW has better quality in 2024 and Its a fact not opinion, Its made better, it drives better, Its price better and it sells better. Thats why i dont like it, to many BMW around us. Cle is a step foreward for merc in quality, back to good days but still one problem the price, like a guy above said it cost to much for what it represents and it represents a C Class coupé. I have a big headake cuz i want a coupé but bmw4 is to obvious, merc is to expensive for what it represents, mustang in Europe is also crazy expemsive and driving expirience is mosty aimed at engine not driving. So my crazy conclusion is to go for 718, and fuck the practicality. Care to share yours? :)
