Looks delicious! But please forget the music next time, it was a little loud and the food alone is enough to hold our interest!

I thought panelle was a New York Italian thing. It's not an easy thing to make to get the right texture. And Almafi lemons are unbeatable

Hi there, I would say Swiss chard it’s very nice, sweeter in tasty but similar in consistency and wateryness. Also if it is still difficult for you, believe it or not but you can also use lettuce. 😊 Stefano

This rustic video was awesome but that music murdered the nostalgia because it was too loud and caused a very negative distraction. You don't need any musical enhancements, the video is great in its own

Super loud and Annoying 😆 I know it was a mistake that cannot be fixed unfortunately Sorry about that

Yeah, I wish you hadn't told the history of this amazing dessert. That one I could do without. Om Ali is one of my fav desserts. I tried it when I was in Egypt. Can I use filo pastry instead of the flat breads?
@culturewhisk60193 ай бұрын
Yes sure you can or even stale croissants or filo sheets

I had this dessert at a hotel I was staying in Doha, one of the staff was showing me the dessert table and was very passionate about this particular one, as it was very traditional and comforting, he even told me the historic background and meaning behind the name of the dessert… I was worried when I decided to try it out, because I feared I wouldn’t like it, as Im a picky eater, unfortunately… but it is honestly one of the best things I tasted in my life! it was so good and I understood why the staff member was so passionate about this dish. It marked my stay in Doha and it’s why I ended up in this video, because now I know how it’s made and I can make it 🥰 thank you so much for such a great video

But Mawlid sweets from ancient Egypt were made during holidays and celebrations in the past, and after the coming of Islam and Egypt’s entry into Islam during the Fatimid era, when the Prophet’s birthday was celebrated, Mawlid sweets became specific to celebrating the Prophet’s birthday, but they existed in the past. I have a question. I discovered that Spain manufactures it under the name Turron. How did it get to Spain?
@annafinna5951 Жыл бұрын
Idk why but the Egyptian cuisine is so underrated... I mean it really delivers so why we don't occasionally hear about it.
@culturewhisk60193 ай бұрын

Thank you for mentioning the origin of it. Our Egyptian kitchen is so underrated, so I really appreciate you reviving it.
